感官體驗(yàn)視角下竹林養(yǎng)生旅游資源開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,游客開始追求深度體驗(yàn)和健康養(yǎng)生的旅游形式,感官體驗(yàn)作為消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)最直接、最基礎(chǔ)的形式,在體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代逐漸受到歡迎,而養(yǎng)生旅游作為一種新型旅游方式也逐漸受到市場(chǎng)青睞并蓬勃發(fā)展,竹林以其優(yōu)越自然環(huán)境和豐富養(yǎng)生資源條件獲得了廣闊的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景。目前中國(guó)的竹林旅游發(fā)展正遭遇瓶頸,在國(guó)家大力推進(jìn)森林體驗(yàn)和森林養(yǎng)生發(fā)展的大背景下,如何充分挖掘竹林優(yōu)良養(yǎng)生旅游資源,激發(fā)竹林生產(chǎn)力,推動(dòng)竹林旅游的創(chuàng)新、綠色發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,應(yīng)該成為發(fā)展竹林旅游的重要課題。本文首先在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,回顧梳理了旅游感官體驗(yàn)、森林養(yǎng)生旅游和竹林旅游的相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn),界定了旅游感官體驗(yàn)、竹林養(yǎng)生旅游和旅游資源開發(fā)3個(gè)核心概念,闡述了體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、旅游六要素理論3個(gè)理論基礎(chǔ)和智慧旅游提升旅游體驗(yàn)有關(guān)知識(shí);其次,立足于中國(guó)豐富的竹林旅游資源,概述了中國(guó)竹林自然旅游資源和文化旅游資源的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,從人的視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、觸覺、味覺和悟覺6種感官體驗(yàn)出發(fā),對(duì)竹林養(yǎng)生旅游資源進(jìn)行了充分挖掘,并分析了竹林養(yǎng)生旅游資源的開發(fā)價(jià)值和開發(fā)潛力;而后,選擇浙江安吉的中國(guó)大竹海景區(qū)和竹博園對(duì)游客進(jìn)行感官體驗(yàn)視角下竹林養(yǎng)生旅游資源開發(fā)相關(guān)認(rèn)知、意愿和期望的調(diào)查,利用信度和效度分析、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和線性回歸分析等對(duì)調(diào)查所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明游客對(duì)感官體驗(yàn)視角下竹林養(yǎng)生旅游資源開發(fā)相關(guān)方面具有較高認(rèn)知、意愿和期望,且可通過(guò)提升游客的認(rèn)知來(lái)提升意愿和期望。最后,基于人的視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、觸覺、味覺和悟覺6種感官體驗(yàn)視角,從竹林養(yǎng)生旅游的餐飲、住宿、交通、游覽、購(gòu)物、娛樂(lè)6個(gè)要素的創(chuàng)意化開發(fā)、智慧化開發(fā),以及竹林養(yǎng)生旅游模式3個(gè)方面提出了竹林養(yǎng)生旅游資源的開發(fā)策略。研究致力于給游客提供一個(gè)全方位、多維度、立體式體驗(yàn)和深層次養(yǎng)生的竹林旅游環(huán)境,以期為正處于轉(zhuǎn)型路口的竹林旅游尋找一種新的發(fā)展形式。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of the times, tourists begin to pursue the tourism form of deep experience and healthy health. As the most direct and basic form of consumer experience, sensory experience is gradually welcomed in the era of experience economy. As a new type of tourism, health tourism has been gradually favored by the market and developed vigorously. Bamboo forest has gained a broad market development prospect with its superior natural environment and rich health resources. At present, the development of bamboo forest tourism in China is facing a bottleneck. Under the background of the country vigorously promoting the forest experience and the development of forest health, how to fully tap the excellent bamboo forest health tourism resources, stimulate the bamboo forest productivity, and promote the innovation of bamboo forest tourism, Green development and sustainable development should become an important subject for developing bamboo forest tourism. On the basis of previous studies, this paper reviews the relevant domestic and international literature on tourism sensory experience, forest health tourism and bamboo tourism, and defines three core concepts: tourism sensory experience, bamboo forest health tourism and tourism resource development. This paper expounds three theoretical bases of experience economy theory, sustainable development theory, tourism six elements theory and wisdom tourism to promote tourism experience related knowledge, secondly, based on the rich bamboo forest tourism resources in China. This paper summarizes the present situation of the development of natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources of bamboo forests in China. Based on the six sensory experiences of human vision, hearing, smell, touch, taste and awareness, this paper fully excavates the tourist resources of bamboo forest preservation. The paper also analyzes the development value and potential of bamboo forest health tourism resources, and then selects the tourism resources development of bamboo forest health from the perspective of sensory experience in Anji, Zhejiang Province, China's Great Bamboo Sea Scenic area and Bamboo Park. Will and expectation survey, reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data obtained from the survey. The results showed that the tourists had higher cognition, willingness and expectation about the development of bamboo forest health tourism resources under the perspective of sensory experience, and they could enhance the willingness and expectation by enhancing the tourists' cognition. Finally, based on the visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile, taste and awareness of six sensory experience perspective, from the bamboo forest health tourism food, accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, entertainment creative development, intelligent development, The development strategy of bamboo forest health tourism resources was put forward in three aspects as well as bamboo forest health tourism mode. The study is devoted to providing tourists with a comprehensive, multi-dimensional, three-dimensional experience and a deep-level bamboo forest tourism environment, in order to find a new form of development for the bamboo forest tourism which is at the crossroads of transformation.
