【摘要】：在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到大幅度提升的背景下,“農(nóng)家樂”作為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基本形式得到蓬勃發(fā)展。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅可以使農(nóng)民創(chuàng)收、提高農(nóng)民就業(yè)率、加快改進(jìn)農(nóng)村的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,同時(shí)也是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的重要轉(zhuǎn)變方式,是適合城鄉(xiāng)消費(fèi)習(xí)慣的新趨勢(shì)的前提下逐漸發(fā)展壯大起來的農(nóng)村新型產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文研究的湖北省荊州市地處江漢平原,具有優(yōu)越的地理位置。同時(shí)作為歷來兵家必爭(zhēng)之地,荊州的文化源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng),產(chǎn)生了很多膾炙人口的佳話。荊州作為湖北省的腹地,其地域和歷史民俗文化的特色給荊州休閑農(nóng)業(yè)提供了獨(dú)有的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)和文化條件。 我國的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大多發(fā)生在農(nóng)村和郊區(qū)等遠(yuǎn)離城市的地方,投資者大多數(shù)為當(dāng)?shù)鼐用?他們以當(dāng)?shù)刈匀坏木坝^、傳統(tǒng)文化習(xí)俗和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ),吸引消費(fèi)者并向消費(fèi)者提供放松身心、愉悅精神的休閑旅游活動(dòng)。而休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展不可避免的對(duì)環(huán)境造成了破壞和影響,產(chǎn)生了一系列如衛(wèi)生問題、土壤污染、水質(zhì)污染、生態(tài)破壞等問題,這些日益顯現(xiàn)的問題如不引起開發(fā)者和政府的高度重視和解決,將嚴(yán)重影響休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。所以,本文作者認(rèn)為在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)注重經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)境保護(hù)相平衡,在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí),積極采取保護(hù)環(huán)境的相關(guān)措施。為解決這些問題,本文擬從三個(gè)部分來論述這一問題。首先,從理論上梳理休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,分析影響國內(nèi)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素和政策限制；然后通過分析衢州市和荊州市的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀實(shí)證分析,研究這兩個(gè)地區(qū)的現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展情況；最后對(duì)荊州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。其結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 第一章是緒論部分。這一部分提出研究的問題、研究意義和研究的技術(shù)路線。通過對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析,本文指出如何多層次多角度的優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)資源配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益的雙贏局面。緒論為全文提供了研究的視角和意義。 第二章介紹了國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。這一部分從宏觀層面論述了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的緣起和發(fā)展,分階段介紹了不同歷史階段的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步指出為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)目前的這些形式的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)?這些形式能夠解決哪些歷史遺留問題,同時(shí)又存在哪些現(xiàn)實(shí)問題? 第三章是通過對(duì)比浙江省衢州市的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和湖北省荊州市的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。利用SWOT模型,對(duì)衢州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和整理,得出一個(gè)客觀的結(jié)論。結(jié)合荊州市的地理環(huán)境、生態(tài)環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境,對(duì)荊州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展做了詳細(xì)的介紹和分析,利用SWOT模型從荊州市休閑農(nóng)莊的地理位置、服務(wù)項(xiàng)目等角度,通過各種優(yōu)勢(shì)弱勢(shì)分析做出詳細(xì)的態(tài)勢(shì)分析。 第四章對(duì)荊州市現(xiàn)階段休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提出一些需要注意的問題和要關(guān)注的一些關(guān)鍵因素,并從實(shí)際操作的角度提出切實(shí)可行的現(xiàn)階段改進(jìn)意見和對(duì)策。 論文從理論和實(shí)證角度論證了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程和特點(diǎn)。其可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)在：其一,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查和案例分析,得到荊州市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。其二,從實(shí)證角度分析了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的影響因素。但是,研究還是面臨許多不足。目前沒有統(tǒng)一的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來約束和促進(jìn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也還需要大樣本數(shù)據(jù)來支撐研究結(jié)果。這也是本人以后對(duì)這個(gè)問題研究的重點(diǎn)深究方向。
[Abstract]:In the social economy has been greatly improved in the background, the basic form of Nongjiale "as leisure agriculture have been flourishing. The development of leisure agriculture can not only make the farmers income, improving farmers' employment, accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure improvement in rural areas is also important, change the way of building a new socialist countryside, new rural development is gradually the premise of the new industry trend is for the urban and rural consumption habits. This study in Jingzhou City, Hubei province is located in the Jianghan Plain, with superior geographical position. At the same time as the military has always been a hotly contested spot, Jingzhou culture has a long history, has created a lot of popular story. Jingzhou is located in the hinterland of Hubei Province, its geographical and historical the characteristics of folk culture provides a unique geographical advantage and cultural conditions for leisure agriculture in Jingzhou.
Our country leisure agriculture occurs mostly in rural and suburban areas and other places far from the city, the majority of investors for local residents to their local natural landscape, cultural traditions and agricultural production activities as the basis, to attract consumers and provide consumers to relax, cheerful spirit of leisure tourism. But the development of leisure agriculture on the inevitable environmental damage and impact, resulting in a series of problems such as health, soil pollution, water pollution, ecological destruction and other issues, such as not to cause these problems increasingly pay more attention and solve the developers and the government, will seriously affect the sustainable development of leisure agriculture. Therefore, the author thinks that should pay attention to economic benefits and environmental protection the phase equilibrium in the process of the development of leisure agriculture, in the development of economy at the same time, take measures to protect the environment actively in order to solve these problems, This paper intends to discuss the problem from three parts. First of all, from the current situation of theory of leisure agriculture development, analysis of the impact of the development of leisure agriculture in the domestic factors and restrictions; and then through the empirical analysis of Quzhou city leisure agriculture development status and analysis in Jingzhou City, on the two areas of modern leisure agriculture development; finally put forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the development of leisure agriculture in Jingzhou city. Its structure is as follows:
The first chapter is the introduction part. This part puts forward the research question, the research significance and the technical route of study. Through the analysis of the present situation of leisure agriculture, this paper points out that the agricultural resources allocation to multi-level and multi angle, realize the leisure agriculture economic and environmental benefits of a win-win situation. Is the introduction of this paper provides a perspective and significance study.
The second chapter introduces the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad. This part discusses the leisure agriculture from the macro level of the origin and development stages, introduces the different historical stages of the leisure agriculture characteristics, further pointed out why these forms of leisure agricultural industry? These forms which can solve the historical problem, at the same time what is the real problem?
The third chapter is the status of the development of leisure agriculture through the leisure agriculture development in Zhejiang province and Quzhou city compared to Hubei city of Jingzhou province. Using the SWOT model of Quzhou leisure agriculture advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of data analysis and sorting, draw an objective conclusion. The combination of Jingzhou city geography the environment, ecological environment and human environment, made a detailed introduction and Analysis on the development of leisure agriculture in Jingzhou City, using the SWOT model from the Jingzhou city leisure farm location services perspective, through a variety of advantages to make a detailed analysis of the weak trend.
The fourth chapter puts forward some problems and key factors to be noticed in the development of leisure agriculture in Jingzhou at the present stage, and puts forward feasible suggestions for improvement from the perspective of practical operation.
This paper demonstrates the process and characteristics of leisure agriculture development from the perspective of theoretical and practical innovations. The possible features: first, through the investigation and analysis of case, Jingzhou leisure agriculture first-hand data. Secondly, from the perspective of empirical analysis of the factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture in the process. However, the research is still facing many problems. At present there is no uniform industry standard to promote the development of leisure agriculture and constraints, but they still need a large sample data to support the results of the study. This is my key to direction to this study.
