【摘要】：以旅游公共服務(wù)游客認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)為研究對(duì)象,選取熱點(diǎn)入境旅游城市西安市為實(shí)證案例,以SPSS21.0對(duì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行探索性因子分析,提取入境游客旅游公共服務(wù)認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)的四大主成分,提出研究假說(shuō)并構(gòu)建假設(shè)模型;應(yīng)用AMOS21.0進(jìn)行模型修正和擬合度檢驗(yàn);通過(guò)極大似然估計(jì)法進(jìn)行路徑計(jì)算,得出旅游公共服務(wù)游客認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)模型分析結(jié)果并進(jìn)行解讀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"交通、信息、安全和通訊"對(duì)入境游客旅游公共服務(wù)認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)影響顯著;"信息—安全—通訊—交通"對(duì)旅游公共服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)影響程度呈逐次遞減規(guī)律;入境游客對(duì)景區(qū)內(nèi)旅游公共服務(wù)認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)好于城市整體。研究結(jié)果可為完善西安市旅游公共服務(wù),促進(jìn)其入境旅游發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Taking tourism public service tourist cognition evaluation as the research object, selecting the hot inbound tourist city Xi'an as an empirical case, using SPSS21.0 to carry on the exploratory factor analysis to the survey data. The four main components of tourism public service cognitive evaluation of inbound tourists are extracted, the hypotheses are proposed and the hypothetical model is constructed; the model is modified and the fitting degree is tested by AMOS21.0; the path calculation is carried out by the maximum likelihood estimation method. The results of the analysis of tourism public service tourists' cognitive evaluation structure model are analyzed and interpreted. The study finds, "Traffic, information," "Safety and Communication" has a significant impact on the cognitive evaluation of tourism public services for inbound tourists, "information-safety-communication-traffic" has a decreasing effect on the evaluation of tourism public services. The result of the study can be used as a reference for perfecting tourism public service and promoting the development of inbound tourism in Xi'an.
