【摘要】:鄉(xiāng)村旅游是中國農(nóng)民繼家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)后的第三大發(fā)明,也是城鎮(zhèn)居民對農(nóng)村居民旅游服務(wù)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)移支付的最好途徑,更是做強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)、做美農(nóng)村、做富農(nóng)民的可行之道,正在推動農(nóng)業(yè)到服務(wù)業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展。交通運(yùn)輸、信息通訊等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的互聯(lián)互通,為鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展提供了良好的硬件環(huán)境,創(chuàng)造了前所未有的大市場。鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為"離土不離鄉(xiāng)"的3.0版中國農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)移之路,使農(nóng)民在收獲資產(chǎn)性收入的同時(shí),也收獲了引領(lǐng)投資、拉動就業(yè)、旅游扶貧、建設(shè)美麗鄉(xiāng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會綜合效益。目前鄉(xiāng)村旅游立足遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo),已成為國家的重要發(fā)展方略,積極指導(dǎo)并推動著各地的實(shí)踐。進(jìn)一步助推鄉(xiāng)村旅游大發(fā)展、大突破,需要深化主客觀需求,優(yōu)化軟硬件供給,強(qiáng)化全方位配套,但也不可忽視鄉(xiāng)村旅游的時(shí)空局限性和非主體性。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is the third great invention of Chinese farmers after the household contract responsibility system and township enterprises. It is also the best way for urban residents to transfer payment to rural residents' tourism services. It is also strengthening agriculture and making the United States rural areas stronger. The feasible way to become rich farmers is to promote the great-leap-forward development between agriculture and service industries. The interconnection of infrastructure, such as transportation, information and communications, has provided a good hardware environment for the development of rural tourism. It has created an unprecedented large market. Rural tourism, as the 3.0 edition of "stay away from the land," is the way for Chinese farmers to transfer, so that while they harvest property income, they also reap the benefits of leading investment, stimulating employment, and helping the poor through tourism. The comprehensive economic and social benefits of building beautiful villages. At present, rural tourism has become an important national development strategy based on the long-term goal, actively guiding and promoting the practice in various places, and further promoting the great development and breakthrough of rural tourism. It is necessary to deepen the subjective and objective demand, optimize the supply of hardware and software, and strengthen the all-round matching, but we should not ignore the space-time limitation and non-subjectivity of rural tourism.
