【摘要】：生態(tài)科普旅游是隨著公眾對生態(tài)以及自然科學(xué)知識的需求以及旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求，所產(chǎn)生的一種新型的旅游形式。其開展對于旅游資源以及環(huán)境都有著較高的要求，自然保護區(qū)以其獨特的自然資源、稀有的動植物資源、優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境，特殊的科學(xué)價值，成為開展生態(tài)科普旅游的必選之地。游客作為旅游活動的主體與中心，其感知狀況對于旅游產(chǎn)品以及旅游業(yè)都有著重大的影響。 本文主要是以游客感知價值為研究視角，以河南省南陽市寶天曼自然保護區(qū)為研究區(qū)域，對生態(tài)科普旅游進行了研究。首先是對生態(tài)科普旅游的相關(guān)的概念進行了梳理與界定，在研究寶天曼自然保護區(qū)區(qū)域概況的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)專家訪談的結(jié)果，運用層次分析法建立了寶天曼自然保護區(qū)生態(tài)科普旅游游客感知測評指標(biāo)體系，設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷，運用excel、spss19.0對游客感知的調(diào)查結(jié)果進行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析，了解游客對生態(tài)科普旅游的感知狀況，以便指導(dǎo)寶天曼自然保護區(qū)生態(tài)科普旅游的開發(fā)。問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果表明：（1）被調(diào)查游客的心理特征分析可知：游客多以漂流、登山、休閑度假等旅游動機為主，而以純生態(tài)科普旅游教育為旅游動機的游客所占比例較��；在旅游過程中想要了解生態(tài)科普旅游知識的游客所占比例為65%；說明此種專項旅游的開發(fā)有一定的市場前景，目前關(guān)于生態(tài)科普旅游的開發(fā)尚處于起步的階段。所以，在開發(fā)過程中要與其他旅游方式相結(jié)合，帶動生態(tài)科普旅游的發(fā)展。（2）從被調(diào)查游客的社會人口學(xué)特征的分析可知：被調(diào)查的游客當(dāng)中男性的比例略高于女性，總體上兩種性別趨于平衡的狀態(tài)；年齡以18—40歲為主，即以中青年為主；其中大專以上學(xué)歷的游客占整個被調(diào)查游客的75%；客源地以省內(nèi)為主，出游方式多以參加旅行社與自行出游兩種出游方式為主。另外，單因素方差分析可知：不同的性別、年齡、學(xué)歷以及不同的旅游動機在某些測評指標(biāo)上感知存在顯著差異，所以，在生態(tài)科普旅游的開發(fā)過程中，可以針對相應(yīng)的特點，設(shè)計出適合的旅游產(chǎn)品。（3）回歸分析可以看出：解說系統(tǒng)的完整性、場館布局的合理性、線路的多重選擇性3項測評指標(biāo)對于寶天曼自然保護區(qū)游客的總體感知有著較大的影響。（4）通過對游客樣本的描述性統(tǒng)計分析可知：被調(diào)查游客對于寶天曼自然保護區(qū)的旅游資源中的生物旅游資源、水體旅游資源等的感知度普遍較高，可見寶天曼自然保護區(qū)對于開展生態(tài)科普旅游有著良好的資源基礎(chǔ)；然而，游客對寶天曼自然保護區(qū)科普場館展品的齊全性以及典型性、以及科普場館的高科技綜合運用的感知度較低。（5）另外，結(jié)合走訪與問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果可知：游客對標(biāo)識系統(tǒng)以及解說系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)科普知識含量、居民的科普意識以及居民的生態(tài)科普知識含量、科普教育活動的開展以及體驗活動的設(shè)計等指標(biāo)的感知度普遍較低，在生態(tài)科普旅游的開發(fā)中，，要注重科普實踐的建設(shè)以及服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)。（6）從了解寶天曼自然保護區(qū)的途徑來看：網(wǎng)絡(luò)、微博等新形勢的信息傳播策略逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的信息傳播方式，逐漸成為信息傳播的主流方式，這就要求在進行生態(tài)科普旅游的產(chǎn)品宣傳中要關(guān)注主流人群了解出游信息方式，逐步轉(zhuǎn)變宣傳模式，提高宣傳的功效。根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果，依據(jù)自然保護區(qū)旅游開發(fā)的相關(guān)原則，論文對于寶天曼自然保護區(qū)提出了以下幾大開發(fā)策略：與其他旅游方式相結(jié)合，帶動生態(tài)科普旅游的發(fā)展；細(xì)分客源市場，開發(fā)合乎需求的生態(tài)科普旅游產(chǎn)品；以景觀生態(tài)為理論基礎(chǔ)，設(shè)計合理的空間布局；鏈接重要景點，設(shè)計合理有趣的生態(tài)科普旅游旅游線路；完善生態(tài)科普服務(wù)設(shè)施，凸顯地域特色；加強自然科普場館的建設(shè)，使之帶動生態(tài)科普旅游的發(fā)展；完善生態(tài)科普旅游基地，注重科普旅游體驗活動的設(shè)計；加強生態(tài)科普宣傳，提高市場吸引力。以促進自然保護區(qū)生態(tài)科普旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Ecological science tourism with public demands for ecological and natural science knowledge and the demand of the sustainable development of tourism industry, a new tourism form. Its development for tourism resources and environment have higher requirements, nature reserve with its unique natural resources, rare plants resources, beautiful the natural environment, special scientific value, become the development of ecological science tourism destination of tourists. As the main body of tourism activities and the perception of center, has had a great impact on tourism products and tourism.
This article is based on the perceived value perspective, taking Nanyang city of Henan Province in Baotianman Nature Reserve as the research area, the ecological tourism is studied. Firstly, the ecological science tourism related concepts discusses and defines, based on the research of Baotianman Nature Reserve on the basis of regional survey, expert interview the results, using AHP to establish the evaluation index system of ecological tourism perception science area in Baotianman Natural Reserve, the design of the questionnaire, the use of Excel, the investigation of tourists' perception of the number of spss19.0 according to the statistical analysis of the situation, understand the tourists' perception of ecological tourism, in order to guide the development of Baotianman Nature Reserve ecological tourism. The results of the questionnaire showed that: (1) by the investigation of psychological characteristics of tourists. The analysis shows: tourists to rafting, mountaineering, leisure and Tourism The main motivation, and ecological science tourism education YISHION tourism motivation tourists accounted for a smaller proportion; in the process of tourism to understand ecological science knowledge of tourism tourists accounted for 65%; the development of the special tourism has certain market prospects, the development of ecological tourism is still in the initial stage. According to the results of the analysis, according to the relevant principles of tourism exploitation in natural reserve, the Baotianman Nature Reserve presents the following development strategies: combined with other forms of tourism, promote the development of ecological tourism; tourist market segmentation.
