【摘要】：文章引入非期望因素修正三階段DEA模型,剔除隨機誤差和外部環(huán)境因素影響,研究2010-2014年中國30個省市旅游業(yè)綠色發(fā)展效率。實證結(jié)果顯示,僅東部地區(qū)旅游業(yè)綠色發(fā)展效率達到了最優(yōu);其中,東部旅游業(yè)綠色發(fā)展效率的領(lǐng)先主要來源于配置效率的提高,西部效率沒達到最優(yōu)則主要歸因于技術(shù)效率的無效率,中部則主要歸因于配置效率的無效率。在外部環(huán)境因素中,各省城市化水平、綠色交通水平對于旅游業(yè)能源利用效率的提高能夠起到積極的作用;而各省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、對外開放度顯示出對旅游業(yè)綠色發(fā)展效率的負面影響。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a three-stage DEA model with non-expected factors to modify the efficiency of tourism green development in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2014. The empirical results show that the efficiency of tourism green development in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2014 is studied. The green development efficiency of the eastern tourism industry has reached the optimum, among which, the eastern tourism green development efficiency is mainly due to the improvement of the allocation efficiency, while the west efficiency is not optimal mainly due to the inefficiency of the technical efficiency. Among the external environmental factors, the urbanization level and the green traffic level of each province can play a positive role in improving the efficiency of energy utilization of tourism, while the technological innovation level of each province can play a positive role. The degree of opening to the outside world shows the negative effect on the green development efficiency of tourism.
