【摘要】:隨著中國城市化進入新的階段,更好的物質生活條件正促使人們的生活重心向能解放都市人日常疲憊的游憩空間轉移。越來越迫切親近自然的游憩需要和越來越強烈與土地建立精神聯(lián)系的需要,指引我們必須加快建設游憩空間體系的步伐。中國游憩資源眾多,然而現(xiàn)有管理體制難以將其統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃管理,導致了游憩資源空間分布不均、類型和功能的相對單一,各大游憩區(qū)域和線路間缺乏聯(lián)系等問題。中國傳統(tǒng)的游憩規(guī)劃中主要以人的視角出發(fā)考慮游憩地和路線的開發(fā)規(guī)劃,缺乏生態(tài)安全與保護視角下的游憩可持續(xù)發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了對環(huán)境破壞的隱患和自身安全的威脅。因此,需要對游憩安全格局進行深入的研究。游憩安全格局作為生態(tài)安全格局的子項進行研究,是提供人自主進行游憩活動與體驗過程的景觀空間。游憩安全格局是指人在進行游憩活動過程中,直接影響其體驗質量的關鍵景觀要素和空間聯(lián)系。在此背景下,本文以哈爾濱市阿城區(qū)為研究對象,運用景觀生態(tài)學、生態(tài)基礎設施、游憩空間等理論為基礎,根據(jù)游憩安全格局的構成要素和評價方法,構建阿城區(qū)游憩安全格局評價體系,并運用GIS技術平臺支撐,最終獲得阿城區(qū)的綜合游憩安全格局,并提出規(guī)劃導則,具有指導建設的實踐意義。本文分別從游憩地適宜性和游憩道適宜性兩方面對阿城區(qū)進行綜合游憩評價,游憩地適宜性是運用多因子加權疊加評分法,通過AHP法和Delphi法相結合來確定評價體系和各因子的權重;游憩道適宜性是運用最小累計阻力面模型計算獲得。分別通過GIS空間數(shù)據(jù)分析,獲得阿城區(qū)的游憩安全格局。然后從高、中、低三種安全水平分別提出規(guī)劃導則,以及從構成要素角度分別提出游憩地、游憩道和游憩服務設施的規(guī)劃導則。建設既能滿足人們游憩需求,同時也能保證生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的游憩安全格局。
[Abstract]:As China's urbanization enters a new stage, Better material living conditions are promoting the shift of people's life focus towards the daily exhausted recreation space that can liberate urban people. They are becoming more and more eager to get close to the natural recreational needs and the need to establish spiritual ties with the land. To guide us, we must speed up the construction of recreational space system. There are many recreational resources in China, but it is difficult for the existing management system to plan and manage them in a unified way, which leads to the uneven spatial distribution of recreational resources and the relatively single type and function of recreational resources. In the traditional Chinese recreation planning, the planning of recreational areas and routes is mainly considered from the perspective of human beings, and the sustainable development of recreation areas and routes is lacking in the perspective of ecological security and protection. Therefore, it is necessary to study the recreation security pattern, which is a sub-item of the ecological security pattern. Recreation safety pattern refers to the key landscape elements and spatial connections that directly affect the quality of human experience in the process of recreational activities. Based on the theories of landscape ecology, ecological infrastructure and recreation space, this paper takes the Acheng district of Harbin as the research object and constructs the evaluation system of recreation security pattern according to the elements and evaluation methods of recreation security pattern. With the support of GIS technology platform, the comprehensive recreation safety pattern of Acheng district is finally obtained, and the planning guidelines are put forward. It is of practical significance to guide the construction. This paper makes a comprehensive recreation evaluation of Acheng District from the two aspects of recreation suitability and recreation path suitability. The recreation suitability is based on the multi-factor weighted superposition scoring method. The evaluation system and the weight of each factor are determined by the combination of AHP method and Delphi method, the suitability of recreation track is calculated by using the minimum cumulative resistance surface model, and the spatial data of GIS are analyzed, respectively. The recreation safety pattern of Acheng District was obtained. Then, planning guidelines were put forward from the three safety levels of high, middle and low, and recreation places were put forward from the angle of constituent elements, respectively. Planning guidelines for recreation roads and recreational service facilities. The construction can not only meet the recreational needs of people, but also ensure the ecological sustainable development of recreation security pattern.
