【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游是在農村區(qū)域的一種新型旅游模式,它起源于20世紀80年代,20世紀90年代發(fā)展迅猛。近幾年,隨著國家工業(yè)化和城市化進程的加快,生活節(jié)奏越來越快,競爭越來越激烈,熱島效應和鋼筋水泥現(xiàn)象應運而生,人們越來越渴望擺脫緊張的城市生活走進鄉(xiāng)村來舒緩壓力和愉悅身心,鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為人們釋放壓力、回歸自然的最佳選擇。新疆沙灣縣政府緊緊把握國家實施西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的機遇,依托沙灣縣內獨特的自然景觀、民族風情和歷史文化,積極打造具有沙灣特色的旅游品牌,推動沙灣縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游向規(guī)模化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化方向發(fā)展。 本論文以新疆沙灣縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及相應對策為研究目標,通過文獻研究法、訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,在分析目前沙灣縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題的基礎上,系統(tǒng)的探究了沙灣縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的對策以及措施。研究表明,鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為沙灣縣經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個重要手段,在鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展過程中有其自身的優(yōu)勢：比如政府支持力度大、鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展條件成熟、旅游市場需求量大等優(yōu)勢。但同時也存在問題,比如景點的類型單一、知名度低、開發(fā)與經(jīng)營各自為政、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生條件狀況需要改善以及接待設施趨向城市化明顯。在對這些現(xiàn)狀以及問題分析基礎上,本論文根據(jù)沙灣縣自身的特點以及經(jīng)濟狀況,探討了相應的開發(fā)措施：要突出政府在鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)過程中的主導和導向作用、拓寬招商引資的渠道、加強產(chǎn)業(yè)結合與交流合作、打造旅游的品牌、強化對于鄉(xiāng)村旅游的宣傳力度、規(guī)范行業(yè)管理和做好專業(yè)化培訓。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a new type of tourism pattern in rural areas, which originated from the rapid development in 90s of the 20th century in 1980s. In recent years, with the acceleration of national industrialization and urbanization, the pace of life is getting faster and faster. As the competition becomes more and more intense, the heat island effect and the phenomenon of reinforced concrete emerge as the times require. People are more and more eager to get rid of the intense urban life and enter the countryside to relieve the pressure and pleasure. Rural tourism has become the release of pressure. The best choice to return to nature. The government of Shawan County in Xinjiang firmly grasped the opportunity for the country to implement the strategy of developing the western region, relying on the unique natural landscape, national customs and historical culture in Shawan County to actively create a tourism brand with the characteristics of Shawan. Shawan County to promote the development of rural tourism to scale and industrialization. In this paper, the current situation of rural tourism development in Shawan County, Xinjiang and the corresponding countermeasures are taken as the research objectives, through literature research, interviews, data statistics and other research methods. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of rural tourism development in Shawan County, the countermeasures and measures of rural tourism development in Shawan County are systematically explored. Rural tourism, as an important means of economic development in Shawan County, has its own advantages in the process of rural tourism development: for example, strong government support, mature conditions for the development of rural tourism, The tourism market needs a lot of advantages. But at the same time, there are also problems, such as the single type of scenic spots, low visibility, development and management of their own. The environmental sanitation condition needs to be improved and the reception facilities tend to be urbanized obviously. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the problems, according to the characteristics and economic situation of Shawan County, This paper discusses the corresponding development measures: to highlight the leading and guiding role of the government in the process of rural tourism development, to broaden the channels for attracting investment, to strengthen the industrial integration and exchange and cooperation, and to create the tourism brand. Strengthen the propaganda for rural tourism, standardize industry management and do a good job of professional training.
