【摘要】：生態(tài)旅游已經(jīng)被確定為世界旅游業(yè)中迅速發(fā)展的領(lǐng)域。20世紀90年代以來，我國生態(tài)旅游開始迅速發(fā)展。烏蘭布統(tǒng)開發(fā)區(qū)，位于赤峰市克什克騰旗，是赤峰市重要的是旅游地，一直以來，其草原生態(tài)旅游的開發(fā)作為開拓整個克旗旅游市場的重點。由于地處農(nóng)牧交錯帶，生態(tài)環(huán)境十分脆弱，為了保護脆弱的生態(tài)環(huán)境，，在開發(fā)中要適度開發(fā)、要開發(fā)與保護兼顧。烏蘭布統(tǒng)作為克旗重要的旅游區(qū)，又是蒙古民族聚居的地方，少數(shù)民族特色突出，為了保護、繼承、發(fā)展少數(shù)民族風(fēng)俗文化，在開發(fā)過程中要努力做到得到當?shù)孛癖姷闹С�，尊重居民的意見和建議，制定出操作性強的社區(qū)參與模式。要努力提高社區(qū)居民的環(huán)境保護意識，促進旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。目前來看，關(guān)于烏蘭布統(tǒng)的研究比較少，而且關(guān)于居民參與旅游的研究更少，資料顯示，居民的參與度比較低，不公平現(xiàn)象比較突出，居民的旅游收益低。本文以烏蘭布統(tǒng)作為研究區(qū)，通過實地調(diào)查的方式，對社區(qū)參與情況進行了探討，以求對我國的社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展研究盡一份微薄之力。 本篇文章按照“提出問題—分析問題—解決問題”的研究思路，將文章分為七部分。第一章為緒論，主要介紹了選題背景、理論基礎(chǔ)、研究內(nèi)容和方法等。第二章論述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于生態(tài)旅游與社區(qū)參與的研究，了解了國內(nèi)外的研究情況。第三章通過對旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、生態(tài)倫理理論、社區(qū)參與理論、社區(qū)增權(quán)理論等相關(guān)理論的論述，來為本地區(qū)發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游與社區(qū)參與提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第四章對烏蘭布統(tǒng)發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，對研究區(qū)內(nèi)發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游的產(chǎn)品和市場現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。第五章通過問卷調(diào)查的方式，錄入數(shù)據(jù)，對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，建立圖表，分析了烏蘭布統(tǒng)開發(fā)區(qū)的社區(qū)參與情況。第六章通過構(gòu)建生態(tài)旅游與社區(qū)參與的模式及運行機制，最終提出本區(qū)域在發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游中的社區(qū)參與存在的一些問題以及針對問題提出了相關(guān)建議。第七章是文章研究的結(jié)論和下一步要研究的問題。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism has been identified as a rapidly developing field in the world tourism. Since 90s, ecotourism in China has been developing rapidly. Wu Lan Butong Development Zone is located in Keshiketeng Banner of Chifeng City. Chifeng city is an important tourist destination, its grassland eco-tourism development as the key to develop the whole Keqi tourism market. Because of its agricultural and pastoral ecotone, the ecological environment is very fragile. In order to protect the fragile ecological environment, it is necessary to develop moderately and protect both. Wu Lan, as an important tourist area of Keqi, is also a place inhabited by Mongolian ethnic groups, with outstanding minority characteristics. In order to protect, inherit and develop ethnic minority customs and cultures, we should strive to win the support of the local people and respect the opinions and suggestions of the residents during the development process. It is necessary to improve the environmental protection consciousness of community residents and promote the sustainable development of tourism. At present, there is little research on Wu Lan Butong. Moreover, there are fewer studies on residents' participation in tourism. The data show that the participation of residents is relatively low, the unfair phenomenon is more prominent, and the tourism income of residents is low. This paper takes Wu Lan Bu Tong as the research area. Through field investigation, this paper discusses the situation of community participation in order to make a modest contribution to the study of community participation in tourism development in China. This article is divided into seven parts according to the research idea of "posing problem-analyzing problem-solving problem". The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of the topic and the theoretical basis. The second chapter discusses the research on ecotourism and community participation at home and abroad, understand the research situation at home and abroad. The third chapter through the theory of sustainable development of tourism, ecological ethics theory. Community participation theory, community empowerment theory and other related theories to provide a theoretical basis for the development of eco-tourism and community participation in the region. Chapter 4th analyzes the current situation of Wu Lan's development of eco-tourism. This paper analyzes the products and market status of eco-tourism development in the study area. Chapter 5th through the way of questionnaire, input the data, analyze the data, set up the chart. The paper analyzes the situation of community participation in Wu Lan Butong Development Zone. Chapter 6th establishes the mode and operation mechanism of ecotourism and community participation. Finally, some problems existing in community participation in the development of ecotourism in the region are put forward and some relevant suggestions are put forward. Chapter 7th is the conclusion of the article and the next step to be studied.
