【摘要】：本文是在了解國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、SWOT分析法、實(shí)地考察法等研究方法,對(duì)南寧市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。通過實(shí)地考察、查閱資料以及調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)研究分析后,認(rèn)為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)雖然在南寧市發(fā)展時(shí)間不長,但取得了很大的就成,并形成了一定的規(guī)模,但是仍然存在一些問題,本文研究了南寧市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,分析了其存在的問題及原因,并給出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展建議。 通過研究與調(diào)研得出,南寧休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展劣勢為：1.旅游點(diǎn)分散,整合不足；2.旅游的配套設(shè)施建設(shè)不完善；3.缺乏核心競爭力。發(fā)展機(jī)遇為：1.國家政策的支持；2.新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的契機(jī)；3.中國-東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)圈帶來的契機(jī)。存在的問題有：1.缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃；2.產(chǎn)業(yè)地位不突出；3.旅游基礎(chǔ)配套設(shè)施不完善；4.從業(yè)者缺乏經(jīng)營管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；5.民俗文化內(nèi)涵不足；6.融資渠道單一；7.缺乏專業(yè)人才；8.宣傳與營銷力度不足。針對(duì)以上的劣勢與問題,抓住機(jī)遇促發(fā)展,本文提出了如下建議：1.政府主導(dǎo),大力扶持；2.加強(qiáng)旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)；3.加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng),改變傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營管理模式；4.開發(fā)特色旅游,深挖民俗文化內(nèi)涵；5.拓寬融資渠道,為發(fā)展注入活力；6.加強(qiáng)營銷與宣傳,打造旅游品牌。
[Abstract]:On the basis of understanding the present situation of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis, field investigation and other research methods. Through field investigation, consulting data and questionnaire data analysis, it is concluded that leisure agriculture in Nanning City has not been developed for a long time, although it has not been developed for a long time, after investigation and analysis of the current situation of leisure agriculture in Nanning City. However, it has achieved a lot and formed a certain scale, but there are still some problems. This paper studies the current situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Nanning, and analyzes its problems and reasons. The corresponding development suggestions are also given. Through research and investigation, it is concluded that the disadvantage of leisure agriculture in Nanning is: 1. The tourist spots are scattered and the integration is insufficient; 2.The construction of supporting facilities for tourism is not perfect; 3. Lack of core competence. The development opportunity is: 1. The support of national policy; 2. The opportunity of new rural construction; 3. The opportunity brought by China-ASEAN economic circle. The existing problems are: 1. Lack of unified planning; 2. The status of industry is not prominent; 3. The basic supporting facilities of tourism are not perfect; (4) lack of experience in operation and management; 5. the connotation of folk culture is insufficient; 6. single financing channel; 7. lack of professional personnel; 8. insufficient publicity and marketing. In view of the above disadvantages and problems, seize the opportunity to promote development, this paper put forward the following suggestions: 1.The government led, vigorously supported; 2.Strengthening the construction of tourism infrastructure; 3.Strengthening the talent training and changing the traditional management mode; 4. Develop characteristic tourism and dig deeply the connotation of folk culture; (5) widening financing channels and injecting vitality into development; 6. Strengthen marketing and publicity, create tourism brand.
