【摘要】：羅平生物群國家地質公園位于曲靖市羅平縣中南部,地處九龍瀑布群與多依河風景區(qū)之間的公路旁。整個地質公園分為大洼子化石園區(qū)(主園區(qū))和金雞峰叢盆地園區(qū)(副園區(qū)),主要以典型的古生物化石和地貌景觀為代表,展現(xiàn)出極高的科學和美學價值。國家地質公園是全國各種自然類風景名勝區(qū)一名特殊的新成員,它主要肩負著“保護地質遺跡,保護自然環(huán)境;普及地球科學知識,促進公眾科學素質提高;開展旅游活動,促進地方經濟與社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展”等三項任務。但是目前大多數(shù)國家地質公園面臨著保護不力而發(fā)展不充分的現(xiàn)象,具體表現(xiàn)在:“旅游產品比較低端而且單一;旅游市場面狹窄,對一般游客的吸引力較小;旅游基礎設施和配套服務設施建設相對遲滯;旅游主體偏弱,競爭力不強,帶動效應不明顯;管理類人才和營銷人才不足”。本文以羅平生物群國家地質公園為研究區(qū),通過前期查閱地質遺跡概念、地質公園含義等,并加強了在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、旅游地功能分區(qū)理論、蜂巢理論等方面的學習,了解了上述理論與國家地質公園的關系。通過詳實的野外實地調查并依據(jù)國家標準將地質遺跡資源劃分為地質剖面、古生物、地貌景觀、水體景觀四大類,通過構建評價體系做出科學的定性及定量評價,確定其資源價值。在深入分析羅平生物群國家地質公園的地質遺跡景觀價值的基礎上,結合前面的理論研究,對其如何進行保護,如何在保護的前提下進行開發(fā)提出可行的建議和措施,取得旅游效益與地質遺跡保護之間的平衡。
[Abstract]:Luoping biota National Geopark is located in Qujing City, Luoping County, South Central, located between the Kowloon waterfalls and scenic area by the river side of the road. The geological park is divided into large fossil Park (the main park) Wa and golden peak basin Park (vice Park), mainly in the typical fossils and landscape representative, show science and high aesthetic value. National Geopark is the natural scenic area, a special new member, it mainly plays the "geological relics protection, protection of natural environment; popularizing the knowledge of Earth Science, improve the scientific quality of the public; to carry out tourism activities, promote local economic and sustainable development" Society of the three task. But most of the current national geopark is faced with inadequate protection and full development of the phenomenon, specific performance in: "relatively low-end tourism products and single tourism; The market is narrow, the general tourists less attractive; tourism infrastructure and service facilities construction relative lag; tourism competitiveness is not strong, weak, driving effect is not obvious; lack of management and marketing talents. This paper takes the Luoping biota National Geological Park as the study area, by early access to geological relics, geological the Park and the strengthening of the meaning, the theory of sustainable development, the theory of functional division of tourism, learning theory and other aspects of the hive, understanding the relationship between the theory and the National Geological Park. Through detailed field survey and the national standard according to the geological heritage resources are divided into geological profile, paleontology, landscape, water landscape four class, through the construction of evaluation system to make qualitative and quantitative evaluation of science, to determine the value of resources. In depth analysis of geological Luoping biota National Geological Park Based on the value of relic landscape, combined with the previous theoretical research, it puts forward feasible suggestions and measures for how to protect and how to develop under the premise of protection, so as to achieve the balance between tourism benefit and geological heritage protection.
