歷史文化街區(qū)游客的地方感特征——以廣州荔枝灣涌為例

【摘要】:近年來歷史文化街區(qū)成為中國城市旅游的熱點,但其過于商業(yè)化的發(fā)展模式也受到普遍質(zhì)疑。文章以廣州荔枝灣涌為例,采用問卷調(diào)查,分別從景觀環(huán)境、社會人文、旅游功能和地方依戀等4個維度對游客的地方感特征進行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著年齡的增長,文化水平的提高,游客更為關(guān)注景區(qū)的社會人文環(huán)境和景區(qū)給予的情感體驗;逗留時間越長,對景區(qū)環(huán)境的評價更低;隨著客源地距離的增加,游客的地方依戀逐漸下降。進而指出環(huán)境質(zhì)量的提升使游客對荔枝灣涌的風(fēng)景與環(huán)境有了較高的感知與認同,在對歷史文化、景區(qū)特色及旅游秩序滿意的同時,也表現(xiàn)出了對文化遺產(chǎn)保護效果、景區(qū)的商業(yè)及其他配套服務(wù)功能的失望。進一步提出歷史文化街區(qū)的旅游發(fā)展,應(yīng)充分挖掘和展示地方獨特的文化特質(zhì),加強地方性營造,完善配套設(shè)施,合理確定旅游市場定位,挖掘旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿。在傳承城市歷史文化的同時,增強城市歷史文化旅游的特色和持續(xù)吸引力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the historical and cultural district has become a hot spot of Chinese urban tourism, but its development mode of over-commercialization has also been widely questioned. This paper takes Lizhiwan Bay in Guangzhou as an example, adopts questionnaire survey, respectively from the landscape environment. Four dimensions of social humanities, tourism function and local attachment are analyzed on the characteristics of local feeling of tourists, and it is found that with the increase of age, the cultural level is improved. Tourists pay more attention to the social and humanistic environment of the scenic area and the emotional experience given by the scenic spot; The longer the length of stay, the lower the evaluation of the scenic area environment; With the increase of the distance between tourists and places, the local attachment of tourists gradually decreased. Further, it is pointed out that the improvement of environmental quality makes tourists have a higher perception and recognition of the scenery and environment of Lizhiwan Bay, and they have a higher sense of history and culture. At the same time, it also shows the disappointment of the protection effect of cultural heritage, the commercial and other supporting service functions of the scenic area, and further puts forward the tourism development of the historical and cultural district. We should fully excavate and display the unique cultural characteristics of local areas, strengthen local construction, perfect supporting facilities, rationally determine the positioning of tourism market, and tap the potential of tourism development. At the same time, we should inherit the history and culture of cities. Enhance the characteristics and sustainable attraction of urban historical and cultural tourism.
