【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟和城市化高速發(fā)展，全國各地，特別是在東部發(fā)達地區(qū)，掀起了一種新型的旅游模式——體閑農業(yè)旅游。發(fā)展體閑農業(yè)既能促進農民就業(yè)和增收，延長農業(yè)產業(yè)鏈，促進農村地區(qū)的發(fā)展，也可以滿足人們接近自然、回歸自然的需要。 壽光作為全國百強縣中的一員，大力發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)可以進一步豐富壽光市休閑產業(yè)內涵，活躍地區(qū)休閑市場內容，提升休閑產品附加值和市場競爭力。壽光休閑農業(yè)發(fā)展，有助于實現(xiàn)休閑主導產品與輔助產品的相輔相成，實現(xiàn)保護環(huán)境與挖掘價值的良性統(tǒng)一，增加農民收入，保障農民權益，推動農村經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展。 論文首先對體閑農業(yè)的相關概念進行了區(qū)分和界定，闡述了體閑農業(yè)的一些相關研究，，然后運用文獻研究法、訪談法等研究方法對壽光市體閑農業(yè)發(fā)展進行了分析。在此基礎上，歸納出了壽光市的休閑農業(yè)游客主要來自于本市及周邊縣市，其中城鎮(zhèn)居民是最主要的客源，主要是中青年，職業(yè)大多是學歷層次相對較高，收入以中低收入為主的公務員、企事業(yè)單位人員和學生。消費低，逗留時間短，出游需要旺盛，出游動機復雜，與親友出游為主，以乘坐私家車和公共汽車為主要交通方式，喜歡食宿在農家，喜歡自然和鄉(xiāng)土，喜歡土特產，喜歡參與性較強的活動項目。而目前壽光市休閑農業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的起步晚、實力弱、發(fā)展水平不高、形式單一、從業(yè)人員素質低、政策和法規(guī)亟待完善等問題。最后針對這些問題提出一系列合理的政策和建議。通過加強政府對體閑農業(yè)的引導和支持、完善基礎設施建設、開展整體布局和規(guī)劃工作、打造精品、樹立品牌等一系列措施，來促進壽光市體閑農業(yè)的發(fā)展，同時結合典型案例來加以分析說明。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and urbanization, a new type of tourism mode-leisure agriculture tourism has been set off in all parts of the country, especially in the eastern developed areas. The development of leisure agriculture can not only promote farmers' employment and increase their income. Prolonging the agricultural industry chain and promoting the development of rural areas can also meet the needs of people approaching nature and returning to nature. Shouguang as a member of the national hundred strong counties, vigorously develop leisure agriculture can further enrich the connotation of Shouguang leisure industry, active regional leisure market content. Improve the added value of leisure products and market competitiveness. Shouguang leisure agriculture development is conducive to the realization of leisure leading products and auxiliary products complementary to achieve the protection of the environment and mining value of the benign unity. Increase farmers' income, protect farmers' rights and interests, and promote sound and rapid development of rural economy. Firstly, the paper distinguishes and defines the related concepts of physical and leisure agriculture, expounds some related research on it, and then uses the method of literature research. On the basis of analyzing the development of leisure agriculture in Shouguang City, the author concludes that the leisure agricultural tourists of Shouguang City mainly come from this city and its surrounding counties. Among them, urban residents are the most important source of tourists, mainly middle-aged and young people, most of the occupation is relatively high educational level, the income is mainly low income civil servants, enterprises and institutions personnel and students, low consumption, short stay. Travel needs exuberant, travel motivation is complex, mainly with friends and relatives to travel, to take private cars and buses as the main mode of transportation, like food and lodging in farmers, like nature and local, like local products. Shouguang leisure agriculture development is faced with late start, weak strength, low level of development, single form, low quality of practitioners. Finally, a series of reasonable policies and suggestions are put forward to solve these problems. Through strengthening the guidance and support of the government to the leisure agriculture, we can improve the infrastructure construction. To promote the development of leisure agriculture in Shouguang City, a series of measures are carried out to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Shouguang City by developing the overall layout and planning work, creating fine products and establishing brand names.
