【摘要】：梯田旅游作為元陽(yáng)旅游業(yè)的重要組成部分，其意義已經(jīng)從一般的傳統(tǒng)旅游上升到了解決“三農(nóng)”問題、促進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的高度。元陽(yáng)哈尼梯田于2013年6月被聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織第37屆世界遺產(chǎn)委員會(huì)列入世界遺產(chǎn)名錄，它處于云南省紅河州元陽(yáng)縣境內(nèi)。農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)出森林，村莊，河流、梯田四素同構(gòu)，當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和傳統(tǒng)文化活動(dòng)均圍繞梯田開展。本文選擇了元陽(yáng)這樣一個(gè)財(cái)政能力比較脆弱、旅游資源又相對(duì)豐富的地區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展特色旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)與農(nóng)民收入的關(guān)系這一問題進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。本文首先對(duì)目前元陽(yáng)哈尼地區(qū)旅游的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了描述和概括，之后運(yùn)用利益相關(guān)者理論對(duì)哈尼梯田旅游發(fā)展中的獲益者之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益分配問題進(jìn)行了分析。以攀枝花鄉(xiāng)和普高老寨村為例，經(jīng)過實(shí)地考察從多角度說明旅游對(duì)農(nóng)民增收作用并不顯著，并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行了深入分析，，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民實(shí)現(xiàn)增收的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。在理論探究和實(shí)證剖析的基礎(chǔ)上，本文提出以提高農(nóng)民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入為途徑的旅游資源利益分享機(jī)制模型，著重分析了哈尼地區(qū)農(nóng)民如何在旅游資源利益分配中獲得應(yīng)有利益，切實(shí)提高收入。
[Abstract]:Terrace tourism as an important part of Yuanyang tourism, its significance has risen from the general traditional tourism to solve the "three rural" problem. In June 2013, the Yuanyang Hani terrace was listed on the World Heritage list by the 37th World Heritage Committee of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). It is located in Yuanyang County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The agricultural ecosystem presents four elements isomorphism of forest, village, river and terrace. Local agricultural production technology and traditional cultural activities are carried out around terraces. This paper chooses Yuanyang as a region with relatively weak financial capacity and relatively rich tourism resources as the research object. The relationship between local tourism economy and farmers' income is deeply studied. Firstly, this paper describes and generalizes the current situation of tourism development in Hani area of Yuanyang. Then using stakeholder theory to analyze the distribution of economic benefits among the beneficiaries in the tourism development of Hani terrace. Take Panzhihua Township and Pugao Laozhai Village as examples. Through the field investigation, it shows that the effect of tourism on farmers' income is not significant from many angles, and the reasons are deeply analyzed. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the realistic path to increase local farmers' income. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward a mechanism model of tourism resource benefit-sharing based on increasing farmers' property income. This paper analyzes emphatically how farmers in Hani region obtain due benefits in the distribution of tourism resources and improve their income.
