【摘要】:我國(guó)在線旅行服務(wù)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,新型商業(yè)模式涌現(xiàn),消費(fèi)者的需求和新技術(shù)的雙重推動(dòng)下,商業(yè)模式的研究與實(shí)踐應(yīng)用受到廣泛關(guān)注。管理學(xué)家德魯克曾說(shuō)過(guò),當(dāng)今企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不是產(chǎn)品之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是商業(yè)模式之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在線旅游企業(yè)為了在積累的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中得以生存壯大,必須不斷對(duì)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行調(diào)整和創(chuàng)新,抓住行業(yè)關(guān)鍵趨勢(shì),利用在線旅游市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型期,利用商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的良性發(fā)展。本研究選擇一站式綜合旅游服務(wù)提供商攜程網(wǎng)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新作為研究對(duì)象,利用實(shí)證分析法,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)研和實(shí)證分析對(duì)在線旅游企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素,以及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行了分析。本研究目的在于:(1)確定商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的核心影響要素。(2)確定商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)以及對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)生的影響,通過(guò)衡量其對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響來(lái)驗(yàn)證商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的有效性。(3)經(jīng)過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析法與實(shí)證分析法進(jìn)行定性、定量研究,通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的檢驗(yàn),衡量影響因素與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,以及影響因素相互之間的作用機(jī)理。希望通過(guò)本文的梳理與研究,對(duì)于在線旅游企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式發(fā)展軌跡進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)商業(yè)模式在在線旅游行業(yè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),分析未來(lái)在線旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì),發(fā)現(xiàn)在線旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式共通的規(guī)律,為在線旅游企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式評(píng)價(jià)、創(chuàng)新提供一定的參考作用。本文的研究過(guò)程:(1)背景分析:在商業(yè)模式研究評(píng)述的基礎(chǔ)上提出我國(guó)在線旅游市場(chǎng)火熱,同時(shí)問(wèn)題也層出不窮的現(xiàn)狀。(2)提出問(wèn)題:商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素是什么,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的表現(xiàn)形式以及對(duì)企業(yè)的哪個(gè)方面會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響的思路下開(kāi)展研究。(3)分析問(wèn)題:指出以問(wèn)卷調(diào)研和案例分析結(jié)合對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新影響因素、創(chuàng)新的構(gòu)成、對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響進(jìn)行研究。(4)解決問(wèn)題:提出了在線旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新影響因素以及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)涵與維度,通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)方程對(duì)理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析。本文的研究結(jié)論:(1)確定了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素包括商業(yè)模式的7個(gè)方面,分別是:用戶體驗(yàn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、品牌效應(yīng)、關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)、核心資源、多邊平臺(tái)、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格。(2)品牌效應(yīng)、核心資源、多邊平臺(tái)和產(chǎn)品價(jià)格能夠?qū)ι虡I(yè)模式創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生直接的正向顯著影響。同時(shí),這7個(gè)影響因素之間也存在著相互影響的作用。用戶吸引力會(huì)對(duì)在線旅游企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的盈利模式產(chǎn)生正向的促進(jìn)作用。品牌效應(yīng)會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)生部分正向促進(jìn)作用;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)的核心資源、產(chǎn)品、平臺(tái)建設(shè)產(chǎn)生正向的影響。(3)企業(yè)的價(jià)值主張模式創(chuàng)新和價(jià)值維護(hù)模式的創(chuàng)新會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)生顯著的促進(jìn)作用。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):一是對(duì)于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新影響因素進(jìn)行了綜合性研究;谙到y(tǒng)理論對(duì)于影響在線旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素進(jìn)行了定性分析:基于用戶吸引力,提出了品牌效應(yīng)、用戶體驗(yàn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制三個(gè)影響因素;谟芰,提出了核心資源、關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)、多邊平臺(tái)、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格四個(gè)影響因素;總共分為7個(gè)維度研究對(duì)于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生影響。二是研究了影響因素相互作用的機(jī)理,研究了用戶吸引力對(duì)于整體的盈利能力因素的影響,并得出了相關(guān)影響路徑和關(guān)系。三是從價(jià)值角度對(duì)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的表現(xiàn)形式做了價(jià)值創(chuàng)造、價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)、價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)、價(jià)值維護(hù)四個(gè)維度的劃分,并研究其對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響。文章通過(guò)構(gòu)建商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新影響因素的結(jié)構(gòu)方程和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的結(jié)構(gòu)方程,對(duì)于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析探索。
[Abstract]:The scale of China's online travel services expand, the emergence of new business models, double boost demand and new technology of consumers under the research and practice of business model has attracted extensive attention. Management expert Drucker said, between the competition among the enterprises is the competition of the products, but competition between business models of online travel companies in order to. To survive and grow in the accumulation of market competition, must constantly adjust and innovate to seize the key business model, industry trends, the use of online travel market transition period, to achieve its own development by business model innovation. The choice of business model innovation one-stop travel service provider Ctrip as the research object, using the method of an empirical analysis of influence factors, questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of business model innovation of online tourism enterprises, and business model Impact of innovation on the enterprise competitive advantage is analyzed. The purpose of this study is: (1) to determine the core elements of business model innovation. (2) to determine the internal structure of business model innovation and the impact on the enterprise's competitive advantage, effectively through measuring its impact on competitive advantage to verify the business model innovation. (3) research through literature analysis and empirical analysis qualitative, quantitative, through structural equation model test, measure the influence factors and internal relations of business model innovation, mechanism and influence factors of each other. Hope that through combing with the research of this paper, the study on development of online travel business summing up the development model, business model in the online travel industry, analysis of the future development of the business model of online travel company trends, find business model of online travel companies in common The rules for the evaluation of online tourism enterprise business mode innovation, provide certain reference function. The process of this research: (1) the background analysis: Based on the review of the research on the business model is put forward on the hot Chinese online travel market situation, the problem is also emerge in an endless stream. (2) put forward the question: what is the influence factors of business model innovation, research form of business model innovation and the enterprise which will influence the way. (3) pointed out that the analysis of the problem: the questionnaire survey and case analysis combined with the influence factors of business model innovation of internet tourism enterprises, innovation, research the influence on enterprise's competitive advantages. (4) to solve the problem: put forward the connotation of evaluation factors and business model innovation of enterprise's competitive advantage and the influence factors of business model innovation of online tourism enterprises, through the structural equation theory of false Set up to verify the analysis. The conclusion of this study: (1) identified 7 aspects, influence factors of business model innovation of internet tourism enterprises including business model are: user experience, risk control, brand effect, key business, core resources, multilateral platform, product price. (2) the core brand effect. Resources, a multilateral platform and product prices can have a positive direct effect on business model innovation. At the same time, between the 7 factors also exist mutual influence. The user appeal will be on the online travel enterprise innovation profit model has a positive role in promoting. The brand effect will have some positive effect on key business can enterprises; core resources, control of the enterprise risk, have positive impact platform. (3) the enterprise value proposition model innovation and value maintenance mode innovation in enterprise. Competitive advantage have a significant role in promoting. The innovation of this study: one is the influence factors of business model innovation for the comprehensive study. System theory is the qualitative analysis on the influence factors of business model innovation based on online tourism enterprises: Based on user appeal, put forward the brand effect, user experience and risk control effect of three based on the factors of profitability, puts forward the core resources, key business, multilateral platform, the price of four factors; divided into 7 dimensions of influence on business model innovation. The two is to study the effect mechanism of interaction of factors, study the influence of user appeal to the overall profitability factor, and the influence path and relationships. Three is a form of business model innovation from the perspective of value, the value creation, value network, value realization, value Maintenance is divided into four dimensions, and to study its impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper constructs structural equation effect of business model innovation factors structural equation and business model innovation and competitive advantage, the mechanism of business model innovation of the competitive advantage of exploration.
