【摘要】：隨著旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量開始受到政府和學(xué)者們的關(guān)注。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量是衡量旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)自身發(fā)展力和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的重要指標(biāo),通過因子分析法測度不同省份的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量,加以比較分析,確定其旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量高低,并提出旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的提升對策,對河南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有極大的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文首先闡述了研究背景和研究意義,綜述國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,在綜合學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上界定了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量是指某一區(qū)域的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中所蘊(yùn)含或體現(xiàn)出來的發(fā)展水平和發(fā)展能力,以及其對旅游者和其他利益相關(guān)者的滿足程度。 本文的主體部分構(gòu)建了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。文章首先分析了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的影響因素。然后在借鑒旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力、產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)力、優(yōu)秀旅游城市等評價(jià)指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)行、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、公共服務(wù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境六個(gè)方面,建立了一個(gè)全方位多層次的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系。最后運(yùn)用因子分析法,將其指標(biāo)簡化,通過計(jì)算確定每個(gè)公因子的權(quán)重,確定主要的影響因子。 本文的實(shí)證分析部分選取了13個(gè)省份作為研究對象,運(yùn)用因子分析法,通過對比分析,評價(jià)河南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的高低。根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對河南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的綜合值、公因子和分類指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評價(jià)分析。從分析結(jié)果看出河南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量處于中等水平,存在一定的問題,如產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模有待提升、產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定、旅游產(chǎn)品市場競爭力不強(qiáng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)度較低、政府財(cái)政投入不足等等。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出要優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境、培育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素、提高旅游產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域貢獻(xiàn)度、加強(qiáng)旅游公共服務(wù)體系建設(shè)和重視人才培養(yǎng)等政策措施,以全面提升河南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量。 本文的結(jié)論部分,概括了主要的研究結(jié)論,指出了本文研究的不足之處,提出尚需研究的問題和今后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, the quality of tourism industry development started by the government and scholars. The quality of the development of the tourism industry is an important indicator to measure development of the tourism industry itself and industrial competitiveness, quality of development of tourism industry through factor analysis method to measure the different provinces, compared to determine the quality of the development of the tourism industry, countermeasures enhance the quality and put forward the development of the tourism industry, has great significance for the development of tourism industry in Henan province.
This paper describes the research background and research significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars research status in the tourism industry, based on the comprehensive study on the upper bound of scholars define the concept of tourism industry and the development of the quality of the tourism industry, that the quality of tourism industry development refers to the development level of a regional tourism industry in the development process contained or reflect the degree of satisfaction and development capacity, and related to tourists and other stakeholders.
The main part of this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development of the quality of tourism industry. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of the development of the tourism industry. Then the industrial strength in reference to the competitiveness of the tourism industry, and excellent tourist city evaluation index based on the comprehensive consideration of elements of the tourism industry, industrial structure, industrial operation, product quality, six aspects public service and industry environment, the development of the tourism industry to establish the quality evaluation system of a comprehensive multi-level. Finally using the factor analysis method, the simplified indicators to determine the weight of each factor by the calculation, to determine the main influence factor.
The empirical analysis of this paper chooses 13 provinces as the object of study, using the factor analysis method, through comparative analysis, the quality evaluation of the development of tourism industry in Henan province level. According to the results of the quality of development of tourism industry in Henan province the comprehensive value factors and classification index for evaluation and analysis. The analysis results from the development of quality in Henan province the tourism industry is in the middle level, there are some problems, such as the scale of the industry needs to be improved, industry operation instability, tourism product market competitiveness is not strong, the industry contribution is relatively low, the government's financial input is not enough and so on. And on this basis, put forward to optimize the industrial development environment, the cultivation of tourism industry factors, improve the quality of tourism products. To promote the development of regional tourism industry contribution, policies and measures to strengthen the tourism public service system construction and talent cultivation, in order to comprehensively promote the development of tourism industry in Henan Province Show quality.
The conclusion part of this paper summarizes the main research conclusions, points out the shortcomings of this study, and puts forward the problems that need to be studied and the direction of future efforts.
