【摘要】：[目的]通過闡述河南省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中旅游業(yè)與農(nóng)業(yè)耦合發(fā)展的意義以及該省的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)目前仍然處于初級(jí)階段的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)該省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中存在的主要問題,提出了旅游業(yè)與農(nóng)業(yè)耦合發(fā)展的相應(yīng)建議,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)河南省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。[方法]通過分析河南省省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中旅游業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)耦合發(fā)展的物理動(dòng)力學(xué)機(jī)理及其發(fā)展模式,建立了耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,對(duì)河南省2001~2011年的旅游業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行耦合度、耦合協(xié)調(diào)度分析,并劃分了各年協(xié)調(diào)等級(jí)。[結(jié)果]河南省旅游業(yè)與農(nóng)業(yè)耦合程度整體偏低,缺乏雙向深度耦合。2001~2010年,河南省旅游業(yè)—農(nóng)業(yè)一直處于低度協(xié)調(diào)等級(jí),2011年處于中度協(xié)調(diào)等級(jí),整體協(xié)調(diào)程度較低。[結(jié)論]河南省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中的旅游業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)在耦合發(fā)展過程中存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)布局不合理,規(guī)劃缺乏統(tǒng)一性,產(chǎn)業(yè)耦合程度整體偏低以及耦合機(jī)制不健全等主要問題。文章認(rèn)為,需要以科學(xué)規(guī)劃、合理布局、堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)籌兼顧、實(shí)施全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理念為基礎(chǔ),完善產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展經(jīng)營管理制度以提高產(chǎn)業(yè)增效效率,以及鼓勵(lì)政府、企業(yè)和個(gè)人投資融資,創(chuàng)新休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)吸引力等發(fā)展策略,積極加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)耦合協(xié)調(diào)程度,助力河南省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[Objective] through the elaboration of the tourism industry in Henan leisure agriculture and agricultural development as well as the significance of coupling of leisure agriculture in the province is still in the primary stage of development, the main problems of leisure agriculture in the province, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for tourism and agriculture coupling development, in order to achieve healthy and sustainable development. Method of leisure agriculture in Henan province through physical dynamics mechanism and analysis of the development patterns of tourism in Henan Province in the process of the development of leisure agriculture and agricultural development of coupled, set up the coupled coordination model, coupling degree of 2001~ in Henan Province in 2011, tourism and agriculture data, the analysis of coupling coordination between, and divided the coordination level "the Henan province tourism industry and agriculture coupling degree is low, the lack of depth of two-way coupled.2001~2010 years, the tourism industry in Henan province has been in a low - Agricultural Association The leveling, 2011 at moderate coordination level, the coordination degree of the overall leisure agriculture is low. Conclusion: in Henan Province, tourism and agriculture in coupling exist in the development process of industrial layout is unreasonable, the lack of unified planning, the overall low level of industrial coupling and the coupling mechanism is not perfect and other major problems. The article thinks that the need to science planning, reasonable layout, adhere to the overall planning, the implementation of a comprehensive coordinated development based on the concept, improve the industrial integration and development management system to improve the efficiency of industrial efficiency, and encourages the government, enterprise and individual investment financing, innovation of leisure agriculture development mode, enhance the attractiveness of industry sustainable development strategy, actively strengthen the coordination degree of coupling of agriculture and tourism. Help the rapid and stable development of leisure agriculture in Henan province.
