【摘要】：地質(zhì)公園是自然公園的一種，，是指具有特殊地質(zhì)意義、珍奇或秀麗景觀特征的自然保護區(qū)，是作為對于大自然現(xiàn)有保護不足的一種彌補。為了更好地保護和利用現(xiàn)有的珍稀地質(zhì)遺跡資源，世界許多國家都在積極建立和發(fā)展地質(zhì)公園。興文世界地質(zhì)公園擁有豐富的地質(zhì)遺跡和歷史文化資源，以喀斯特地質(zhì)遺跡為代表的資源類型具有極高的品味和價值。2005年，興文地質(zhì)公園在聯(lián)合國教科文組織世界地質(zhì)公園專家評審會上，榮升為世界地質(zhì)公園。 本文主要從以下幾個方面對興文世界地質(zhì)公園進行了探討研究： （1）在對興文世界地質(zhì)公園進行大量文獻考證、實地調(diào)研和綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對研究區(qū)的概況進行了詳盡的匯總，并對研究區(qū)的資源狀況作了系統(tǒng)分類，包括地質(zhì)遺跡資源、歷史文化資源和自然生態(tài)資源。 （2）將興文世界地質(zhì)公園進行國內(nèi)外對比分析，特別是地質(zhì)遺跡資源特征的對比，從而得出研究區(qū)的獨特優(yōu)勢及不足之處所在。 （3）對興文世界地質(zhì)公園進行SWOT分析，得出研究區(qū)旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢與劣勢，所面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。興文世界地質(zhì)公園旅游發(fā)展的3項優(yōu)勢：外圍交通優(yōu)勢、地質(zhì)遺跡資源優(yōu)勢和歷史文化資源優(yōu)勢；4項劣勢：地質(zhì)景觀的脆弱化、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不足、開發(fā)深度不足和整體旅游信息模糊；3項機遇：地質(zhì)旅游的發(fā)展、政府政策的支持及西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的機遇；3項挑戰(zhàn)：同類型景觀資源的競爭、市場需求的多樣化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn)。 （4）運用AHP分析法，對興文世界地質(zhì)公園進行資源評價并得出評價結(jié)論。在評價綜合層中，資源條件占較大權(quán)重，區(qū)位條件次之，環(huán)境條件最小。在評價項目層中，地質(zhì)遺跡資源、歷史文化資源和交通條件占較大權(quán)重，社會條件所占權(quán)重較小。在評價因子層中，地質(zhì)遺跡資源的典型性、觀賞性、歷史文化的代表性和交通通達性占較大權(quán)重，社會條件、文化教育、景點規(guī)模等所占權(quán)重較小。 （5）綜合以上研究結(jié)果，本文提出了興文世界地質(zhì)公園的可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略：保護與發(fā)展并行；發(fā)揮自身資源優(yōu)勢；完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)；加強區(qū)域合作，實現(xiàn)資源整合開發(fā)；建立防災(zāi)系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Geopark is one of nature parks , and refers to nature reserves with special geological significance , rare or beautiful landscape characteristics as a remedy for the inadequate protection of nature . In order to better protect and utilize the existing rare geological heritage resources , many countries in the world are actively establishing and developing geological parks . In 2005 , Xingwen World Geological Park has abundant geological heritage and historical cultural resources , which has extremely high taste and value for the resource types represented by karst geological relics . In 2005 , Xingwen Geological Park was honored as the World Geological Park at the expert review meeting of the UNESCO World Geological Park . This paper mainly discusses the Xingwen World Geopark from the following aspects : ( 1 ) Based on a large number of literatures , field investigation and comprehensive analysis of Xingwen World Geological Park , the general situation of the research area is summarized and systematically classified , including geological vestige resources , historical cultural resources and natural ecological resources . ( 2 ) The comparative analysis of Xingwen World Geological Park is carried out at home and abroad , especially the comparison of the characteristics of geological vestige resources , so as to find out the unique advantages and disadvantages of the research area . ( 3 ) SWOT analysis of Xingwen World Geological Park is carried out to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development in the research area . The three advantages of tourism development in Xingwen World Geopark are : the vulnerability of geological landscape , inadequate infrastructure construction , inadequate development depth and fuzzy overall tourism information ; three opportunities : the development of geological tourism , the support of government policy and the opportunity of the western development strategy ; the challenges : competition with type landscape resources , diversification of market demand and the challenge of sustainable development . ( 4 ) Using AHP to evaluate the resources of Xingwen World Geopark and get the conclusion of evaluation . In the evaluation of the comprehensive layer , the resource condition accounts for the great weight , the location condition is the second , and the environmental condition is the least . In the evaluation factor layer , the geological vestige resources , the historical cultural resources and the traffic conditions account for the larger weight , and the social conditions account for less weight . In the evaluation factor layer , the representative and the traffic accessibility of the geological vestige resources account for the relatively small weight of the large weight , the social condition , the cultural education , the scale of the scenic spots and so on . ( 5 ) Based on the above research results , this paper puts forward the sustainable development strategy of Xingwen World Geopark : protection and development parallel , exerting its own resources advantage , perfecting infrastructure construction , strengthening regional cooperation , realizing resource integration development , building disaster prevention system and realizing digital monitoring .
