　　《領(lǐng)導力季刊》是一個以領(lǐng)導力研究為主題的國際性季刊,其宗旨是發(fā)表領(lǐng)導力研究的成果�！痘谠治龇椒ǖ呐灶I(lǐng)導力優(yōu)勢研究》是刊登在該期刊(2003年第14期)中的一篇以女性領(lǐng)導力為主題的領(lǐng)導科學類文本。其作者采用元分析的統(tǒng)計方法對現(xiàn)有的文獻資料進行再分析、再統(tǒng)計,證明了女性在特定的領(lǐng)導風格上具有優(yōu)勢,揭示了越來越多的女性正在成為有效領(lǐng)導者這一現(xiàn)象,最后解釋了這一現(xiàn)象的原因。該文本有助于顛覆人們對女性領(lǐng)導者的傳統(tǒng)觀念,并提高女性領(lǐng)導者在職場中的地位。本篇報告以譯者對該文本的翻譯實踐為基礎(chǔ)來展開。譯者主要使用整合了女性主義翻譯理論核心觀點(平等、女性的存在和譯者主體性)的三個翻譯策略來解決在翻譯中遇到的問題。本篇報告共有四個章節(jié),內(nèi)容主要分為五個部分。第一,譯者對該翻譯任務(wù)的基本情況作了簡要介紹;第二,譯者從譯前準備、翻譯過程和譯后審校三個方面詳細說明了自己的翻譯流程。譯者先對譯前準備進行了詳細的介紹,分別闡述了自己在理解原文文本、研讀相關(guān)文獻和選擇翻譯工具這三個方面所做的準備,再從詞匯層面、句法層面和語篇層面說明了自己的翻譯過程,最后介紹了分別由譯者本人,翻譯團隊成員,譯者導師和出版社譯審...
