在國際社會(huì)創(chuàng)業(yè)中探索或利用機(jī)會(huì)的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為之間的權(quán)衡

有關(guān)創(chuàng)業(yè)與國際社會(huì)創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)探索或利用之間關(guān)系的研究大多忽略了文化對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的影響。近年來,跨國創(chuàng)業(yè)中的企業(yè)和個(gè)人從東道國的民族文化角度對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)行為給予了極大的關(guān)注。越來越多的文獻(xiàn)研究了支持企業(yè)家和創(chuàng)業(yè)公司在國外建立和發(fā)展新企業(yè)時(shí)對(duì)有效和因果行為的相對(duì)依賴性的因素。本研究以250家主要來自歐洲、美國、加拿大和亞洲等世界各大洲各個(gè)國家的跨國企業(yè)為樣本進(jìn)行一系列假設(shè)檢驗(yàn),探討了在文化描述規(guī)范的影響下,國際社會(huì)創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)探索與利用的效果與因果之間的權(quán)衡。本研究將透過創(chuàng)業(yè)行為并探討這些行為在探索或利用機(jī)會(huì)上的權(quán)衡,來填補(bǔ)機(jī)會(huì)策略的空白。我們的研究結(jié)果有助于企業(yè)家根據(jù)特定的文化描述規(guī)范,選擇一種創(chuàng)業(yè)行為效果或因果關(guān)系,作為探索或利用國際創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的更有利策略。
