【摘要】：正當(dāng)把系統(tǒng)論的觀點(diǎn)引入現(xiàn)代的組織活動(dòng)中時(shí),我們就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)要素、系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系在客觀地發(fā)生著變化,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所依附的組織可以作為相對中觀的"系統(tǒng)",它生存和發(fā)展的內(nèi)外情境都在發(fā)生變化。無論是作為"環(huán)境"的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)情境,還是作為"要素"的追隨者,任何領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)都是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和追隨者雙方在一定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)情境中的相互影響,這種情境既包括靜態(tài)上的組織內(nèi)外環(huán)
[Abstract]:Just when we introduce the viewpoint of system theory into modern organizational activities, we will find that the relationship between the system and the environment is changing objectively, and the organization on which the leader depends can act as a relatively mesoscopic "system". Its internal and external circumstances of survival and development are changing. Whether as a leadership situation of the "environment" or as a follower of the "factor", any leadership activity is the interaction between the leader and the follower in a certain leadership situation, which includes both the static inner and outer rings of the organization.
