【摘要】：從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角剖析了依戀方式影響領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成長(zhǎng)的機(jī)制,研究提出,依戀方式通過(guò)探索行為和社交技能分別運(yùn)作于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正式和非正式社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),繼而通過(guò)資源獲取和經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成長(zhǎng)起決定性作用。相對(duì)于逃避型和焦慮型,安全型依戀方式對(duì)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信任和多樣性水平以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成長(zhǎng)較為有利。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of attachment style on leadership growth from the perspective of social network. The study suggests that attachment mode operates in the formal and informal social networks of leaders through exploring behavior and social skills, respectively. Then, through the acquisition of resources and experience learning, leadership growth plays a decisive role. Compared with avoidance and anxiety, secure attachment is beneficial to the level of trust, diversity and leadership growth in social networks.
