【摘要】：神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導學是采用神經(jīng)科學方法和技術(shù)探究領(lǐng)導—追隨現(xiàn)象的新興多學科交叉研究領(lǐng)域,它運用腦成像技術(shù)、神經(jīng)化學技術(shù)和遺傳學方法等考察與領(lǐng)導—追隨相關(guān)的特質(zhì)、認知及情緒的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ),以期打開領(lǐng)導—追隨"黑箱"。本文對神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導學的產(chǎn)生背景及產(chǎn)生過程進行了回顧,分別從領(lǐng)導的遺傳基礎(chǔ)、腦成像研究和神經(jīng)化學研究三個方面對神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導學相關(guān)研究進行了綜述,并對神經(jīng)領(lǐng)導學的應用進行了闡述,最后簡要討論了該領(lǐng)域存在的問題和未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Neuroleadership is a new interdisciplinary research field that uses neuroscience methods and techniques to explore leadership-following phenomena. It uses brain imaging techniques, neurochemistry techniques and genetic methods to investigate and follow the characteristics of leadership-following. Cognitive and emotional neural basis in order to open the leadership-follow the "black box". In this paper, the background and process of neuro-leadership are reviewed, and the related researches are reviewed from three aspects: genetic basis of leadership, brain imaging and neurochemistry. The application of neuro-leadership is described. Finally, the problems in this field and the future research direction are briefly discussed.
