【摘要】：正黨的十七屆四中全會在總結(jié)我們黨執(zhí)政60年黨的建設(shè)基本經(jīng)驗時指出,要把執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)作為執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)的根本任務(wù)。這是我們黨順應(yīng)國際、國內(nèi)形勢和執(zhí)政環(huán)境的深刻變化而提出的一個重要思想。加強執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)需要從多方面努力,其中離不開對謀勢的研究和實踐。謀勢,就是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者通過發(fā)揮主觀能動性,形成對工
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the construction of the ruling ability should be regarded as the fundamental task of the construction of the ruling party after summing up the basic experience of the Party in power for 60 years. This is an important thought put forward by our Party in conformity with the profound changes in the international and domestic situation and the ruling environment. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of governing capacity from many aspects, including the research and practice of seeking power. To seek the potential is for the leader to develop his initiative and to form a positive response to the work of the leader.
