【摘要】：由于管理過程視角和社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角對共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究在內(nèi)涵和測量上還存在較大爭議,本文通過比較分析不同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者權(quán)力來源,從團(tuán)隊正式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和非正式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者兩個層面探究知識團(tuán)隊共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Because there are still more controversies on the connotation and measurement of shared leadership from the perspective of management process and social network, this paper compares and analyzes the sources of leadership power in different leadership styles. This paper probes into the connotation of knowledge team sharing leadership from two aspects of team formal leader and informal leader.
