【摘要】：正黨的事業(yè)生生不息,似鐵打的營(yíng)房,而一把手似流水的兵。因?yàn)?流"所以就有了前任和后任。后任對(duì)前任的態(tài)度不僅影響個(gè)人的感情,也影響黨的事業(yè)的興衰。對(duì)于后任否定前任的做法,人們經(jīng)常從道德品質(zhì)的高度和政治品格的角度加以評(píng)判。其實(shí),后任不否定前任是一種智慧。一、從團(tuán)結(jié)角度考量,后任否定前任是失算的不管出于什么目的,哪怕是無心的,只要后任發(fā)出否定前任的聲音或信號(hào),聽到的針對(duì)前任的否定必然多于肯定。支持前任的人會(huì)因?yàn)槟惴穸ǖ膽B(tài)度而疏遠(yuǎn)你,
