【摘要】：正副職在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子建設(shè)中擔(dān)當(dāng)著承上啟下、協(xié)調(diào)左右的角色,既是獨(dú)當(dāng)一面、指揮若定的將帥,又是出謀劃策、傾力輔佐正職的助手,需要極高的職業(yè)素質(zhì)。這些素質(zhì)既包括出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、組織能力、工作能力、宏觀掌控能力等,也包括對人性、人情的洞悉、參悟和把握。筆者根據(jù)多年的副職實(shí)踐,認(rèn)為班子副職應(yīng)具備如下基本素質(zhì)。
