【摘要】：正《資治通鑒》闡述了君王與人臣的品德善惡、軍國(guó)大事與政策得失,總結(jié)了王朝更替的原因和教訓(xùn),被稱為"此天地必不可無(wú)之書(shū),亦學(xué)者必不可不讀之書(shū)"。該書(shū)十分重視賞罰,認(rèn)為"政之大本,在于刑賞,刑賞不明,政何以成"!貴公。理國(guó)要道,在于公平公正。行賞不遺忘疏遠(yuǎn)的人,處罰不寬恕親近的人,封爵不允許無(wú)功者取得,刑責(zé)不因?yàn)槭菣?quán)貴而免除,這就是賞罰的公正�！顿Y治通鑒》中記載的賞罰公正的史實(shí)很多,有一個(gè)人尤其值得一提,那就是漢武帝。漢武帝的妹妹隆慮公主的兒子昭平君,是漢武帝的女婿。隆慮公主患了重病,她擔(dān)心經(jīng)常闖禍的兒子可能會(huì)犯大事,于是以千金贖昭平君死罪。
[Abstract]:This article expounds the moral character of kings and officials, the gain and loss of military affairs and policies, sums up the reasons and lessons of dynasty change, and is called "the book of this world must be indispensable, and the scholar must read it." The book attaches great importance to rewards and punishments, and thinks that "the big book of politics lies in the punishment reward, the punishment reward is not clear, how can politics be made"! Gui Gong. Fairness and justice are the key to national justice. The reward does not forget those who are alienated, the punishment of those who do not forgive those close to them, the title that does not allow those who are not meritorious, and the punishment is not exempted from punishment because they are powerful and noble. This is the justice of reward and punishment. There are many historical facts of justice in reward and punishment. One person who deserves special mention is Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Zhao Ping, son of Princess Longxi, sister of Emperor Wu, was the son-in-law of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Princess Longxi was seriously ill and worried that her troubled son might make a big deal, so she redeemed Zhaojun's death with thousands of dollars.
