【摘要】：正所謂嫌疑,是指被懷疑和猜忌為具有某種不良動(dòng)機(jī)和侵害行為的可能性。嫌疑往往是權(quán)位、名利、利害、情態(tài)的伴生物。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部有權(quán)有位、有名有利,言行舉止、親疏好惡都與他人利害攸關(guān),樹(shù)欲靜而風(fēng)不止,最易產(chǎn)生嫌疑。嫌疑會(huì)導(dǎo)致信任降低甚至喪失,造成感情疏遠(yuǎn)和心理隔閡,誘發(fā)怨恨和敵對(duì)情緒,招致背叛和傷害行為,瓦解伙伴與合作關(guān)系,削弱團(tuán)體凝聚力、執(zhí)行力與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。一、嫌疑的表現(xiàn)形式嫌疑可謂形形色色、光怪陸離、言不勝言。如果從上下級(jí)之間、同級(jí)之間的維度分析,嫌疑主要有以下幾種表現(xiàn)。

First, the manifestations of suspicion can be described as a variety of, strange, speech invincible. If we analyze the dimension between the upper and lower levels and the same level, there are several main manifestations of suspicion.
