【摘要】：正鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工作紛繁復(fù)雜,包羅萬(wàn)象,費(fèi)時(shí)耗力,一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部常常因此而忙得焦頭爛額,精力不濟(jì)。其實(shí),做好鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工作,不僅需要較高的素質(zhì)修養(yǎng)和忘我的工作精神,還應(yīng)具有較高的時(shí)間管理藝術(shù)。筆者認(rèn)為,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要學(xué)會(huì)合理運(yùn)用時(shí)間,提高工作效率。善于"開(kāi)源",用足時(shí)間現(xiàn)實(shí)工作中,不少鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部盡管工作忙忙碌碌,看似分秒必爭(zhēng),但工作效率卻不高,到頭來(lái)該做的事沒(méi)做好,該完成的工作沒(méi)完成,究其原因,就在于沒(méi)有利用好時(shí)間。事實(shí)上,無(wú)論工作多忙,日程排得多滿,只要分清輕重緩急,制定優(yōu)先順序,合理安排時(shí)間,在有限的
