【摘要】：正統(tǒng)班子、帶隊(duì)伍是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的基本功,班子帶好了,干部隊(duì)伍心勁齊了,工作才能有熱情,干事氛圍才能好,事業(yè)才能出成效。學(xué)深學(xué)透統(tǒng)班子、帶隊(duì)伍這門"必修課",對每一名領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者來講都至關(guān)重要。一、必須強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí)根據(jù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)原理,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的角色內(nèi)涵是隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展不斷豐富和發(fā)展變化的。處于當(dāng)今這個(gè)變革時(shí)代,人們的價(jià)值觀念、行為方式發(fā)生了巨大變化,人們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)觀念以及對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)角色的認(rèn)識(shí)也有了新的發(fā)
[Abstract]:The orthodox group, take the team is the leader's basic skill, the team takes, the cadre troop has the vigor, the work can have the enthusiasm, the officer atmosphere can be good, the enterprise can produce the result. It is very important for every leader to learn the thorough team and lead the team as a required course. First, we must strengthen the modern leadership consciousness. According to the principle of leadership science, the connotation of leader's role is enriched and changed with the development of the times. In this time of change, people's values and behavior have changed greatly, and people's concept of leadership and their understanding of the role of leadership have also been greatly changed.
