上下同欲工作機制的保障措施探析

【摘要】:正"上下同欲"之說出自《孫子兵法》,孫武認為在激烈的戰(zhàn)事中,取勝之道有五大要素,其中上下將士同心是重要因素,即"上下同欲者勝"。孫武的這一觀點亦可為現(xiàn)代的領導者所借鑒。在現(xiàn)代管理過程中,上下同心同力是組織目標實現(xiàn)的重要保障。上下同欲可理解為組織內部領導者和下屬有共同的奮斗目標,個人與組織的價值觀契合度較高。從組織層面上講,上下同欲的工作機制應當是組織目標明確,有優(yōu)秀的組織文化,溝通順暢,激勵有效,領導者在組織中通常具有較高的威信
[Abstract]:Sun Wu believes that in a fierce war, there are five major elements to win, among which the unity of the upper and lower ranks is an important factor, that is, "those who want to win with the upper and lower are the same." Sun Wu's view can also be used for reference by modern leaders. In the process of modern management, concentric force is an important guarantee for the realization of organizational goals. It can be understood that the leaders and subordinates of the organization have the same goal, and the values of the individual and the organization have a high degree of conformity. At the organizational level, the working mechanism should be that the organization has clear goals, excellent organizational culture, smooth communication, effective motivation, and leaders usually have high prestige in the organization.
