【摘要】：正《孫子兵法》曰:"上下同欲者勝。""上"指將領(lǐng),"下"指士兵,"欲"指目標(biāo)、愿望,意思是在戰(zhàn)場上,將領(lǐng)和士兵為同一個目標(biāo)和愿望,同心協(xié)力、同甘共苦、共同奮戰(zhàn),就會取得勝利。那么在現(xiàn)代社會的工作單位中,作為"上"者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,如何營造出單位內(nèi)上下同欲的局面,引領(lǐng)作為"下"者的部屬心往一處想、勁往一處使,為實現(xiàn)特定的目標(biāo)不懈努力,取得最終的勝利呢?筆者認(rèn)為,應(yīng)做到以下幾點。
[Abstract]:"Sun Tzu's Art of War," he said, "the upper and lower have the same desire." On the battlefield, the generals and soldiers work together for the same purpose and desire, and in the battlefield, the generals and soldiers make concerted efforts, share joys and sorrows, and fight together to achieve victory. Well, in the work units of the modern society, as the leading cadres of the "superior", how to create a situation of unity of desire between the upper and lower levels of the unit, and how to lead the subordinates of the "lower" people to think and work hard to the same place? What is the ultimate victory by working tirelessly to achieve a specific goal? The author believes that the following points should be achieved.
