【摘要】：偏好關(guān)系作為一種典型的決策者偏好信息的表達(dá)方式,被廣泛運用于眾多不確定環(huán)境下的多屬性決策問題中。傳統(tǒng)的偏好關(guān)系是構(gòu)建在單等級上成對方案間的比較關(guān)系,如層次分析法、模糊偏好關(guān)系和直覺模糊偏好關(guān)系等。區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)的方案成對比較方法,分布式偏好關(guān)系構(gòu)建多等級上的方案比較關(guān)系,且同時表達(dá)優(yōu)于、劣于、無差異和不確定四種關(guān)系,更為全面、柔性地描述了成對方案間的比較關(guān)系,合理地應(yīng)對高度復(fù)雜的大規(guī)模決策問題。鑒于分布式偏好關(guān)系尚處于發(fā)展的初級階段,有必要對分布式偏好關(guān)系進(jìn)行深入研究,進(jìn)一步探討其傳遞性和一致性條件,以促進(jìn)動態(tài)、不確定性環(huán)境下的科學(xué)決策。首先,本文對分布式偏好關(guān)系的一致性條件進(jìn)行研究。首先從多個方面系統(tǒng)地闡述分布式偏好關(guān)系的傳遞性條件,并分析了其相關(guān)性質(zhì)。然后基于分布式偏好關(guān)系的傳遞性條件,進(jìn)一步研究分布式偏好關(guān)系的一致性問題。給定相鄰方案間的分布式偏好關(guān)系,構(gòu)建基于等級得分值的等級合成規(guī)則,進(jìn)一步提出信念度分配規(guī)則,最后以兩規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ),定義分布式偏好關(guān)系矩陣的一致性判定準(zhǔn)則。其次,本文對基于分布式偏好關(guān)系一致性的多屬性決策方法進(jìn)行研究�；诙x的分布式偏好關(guān)系的一致性條件,構(gòu)建一種新的分布式偏好關(guān)系間地合成規(guī)則,且符合其一致性準(zhǔn)則。以此合成規(guī)則為核心,設(shè)計了多屬性決策方法的求解流程,以產(chǎn)生滿足一致性的決策結(jié)果。利用安徽省蕪湖市戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)評估問題對提出的決策方法展開案例研究與分析,驗證相關(guān)研究的有效性和應(yīng)用性。上述研究豐富和完善了分布式偏好關(guān)系的理論知識,為利用分布式偏好關(guān)系建模的不確定性決策問題的研究發(fā)展增添了科學(xué)性和合理性。
[Abstract]:As a typical decision maker's preference information expression, preference relationship is widely used in multiple attribute decision-making problems under a large number of uncertain environments. The traditional preference relationship is a comparative relationship constructed in a single level, such as analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy preference relationship and intuitional fuzzy preference relationship. The scheme makes a comparison method, and the distributed preference relationship constructs the comparative relationship between the multilevel schemes, and at the same time, it expresses better than, inferior, no difference and uncertainty four relations. It is more comprehensive and more comprehensive and flexible to describe the comparative relationship between the other cases, and reasonably deal with the highly complex large-scale decision-making problem. In view of the distribution preference relationship is still still in place At the primary stage of development, it is necessary to further study the distributed preference relationship and further explore its transitivity and consistency conditions so as to promote the scientific decision-making under the dynamic and uncertain environment. First, this paper studies the consistency conditions of distributed preference relations. Based on the transitivity condition of the system, the consistency of distributed preference relationship is further studied based on the transitivity condition of distributed preference relationship. Based on the two rule, the consistency criteria of distributed preference relation matrix are defined. Secondly, this paper studies the multi attribute decision making method based on the consistency of distributed preference relations. Based on the conformance condition of the defined distributed preference relationship, a new distribution rule of distributed preference relations is constructed and consistent with its consistency. At the core of this rule, the solution process of multi attribute decision making method is designed to produce the decision results satisfying consistency. Case study and analysis are carried out on the proposed decision method using the strategic emerging industry assessment problem in Wuhu of Anhui province to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the related research. The theoretical knowledge of distributed preference relationship is perfected, which adds scientific and rational to the research and development of uncertainty decision making using distributed preference relationship modeling.
