【摘要】：在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)范疇內(nèi)負(fù)面人格特質(zhì)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策行為、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下屬互動(dòng)行為都有著很強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),負(fù)面人格特質(zhì)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策之間呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,分別論述了取悅特質(zhì)、自戀特質(zhì)、善變特質(zhì)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策的負(fù)面影響。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下屬互動(dòng)行為方面,興奮、爭(zhēng)議、自制、謹(jǐn)慎特質(zhì)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下屬互動(dòng)行為呈負(fù)向關(guān)系;盡職、自戀特質(zhì)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下屬互動(dòng)行為呈正向關(guān)系。在現(xiàn)有研究基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)繼續(xù)豐富和完善研究?jī)?nèi)容,從而為組織管理提供相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:In the field of leadership, negative personality traits have strong correlation with leadership decision-making behavior and leadership subordinates' interactive behavior. In general, negative personality traits are negatively related to leadership decision making, and the negative effects of pleasing trait, narcissistic trait and fickle trait on leadership decision are discussed respectively. In the aspect of leadership subordinates' interaction behavior, excitement, controversy, self-control, cautious trait and leading subordinates' interaction behavior are negatively related, while the characteristics of self-indulgence and leadership subordinates' interactive behavior are positively correlated. On the basis of the existing research, we should continue to enrich and improve the research content, thus providing relevant enlightenment for organizational management.
