【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人是推動(dòng)科技學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展的重要因素,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的身份特征對(duì)科技學(xué)會(huì)能力建設(shè)起到關(guān)鍵作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)上海市142家科技學(xué)會(huì)的實(shí)證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)理事長(zhǎng)工作單位的行政強(qiáng)度強(qiáng)不利于科技學(xué)會(huì)綜合能力提升,理事長(zhǎng)專職化對(duì)科技學(xué)會(huì)各項(xiàng)能力均有提升作用;秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)工作單位的行政強(qiáng)度越強(qiáng),科技學(xué)會(huì)的核心能力和延展能力越弱;秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)的職務(wù)越高,科技學(xué)會(huì)的核心能力、延展能力和綜合能力越弱。據(jù)此得出結(jié)論:一方面,政府對(duì)科技學(xué)會(huì)的支持應(yīng)更多地體現(xiàn)在資金、辦公條件等資源的供給;另一方面,理事長(zhǎng)和秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)專職化是提升科技學(xué)會(huì)能力的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The leader is an important factor to promote the development of science and technology society, and the identity of leader plays a key role in the construction of science and technology society. Through the empirical analysis of 142 science and technology societies in Shanghai, it is found that the administrative intensity of the director's work unit is not conducive to the promotion of the comprehensive ability of the science and technology society, and the full-time chairman of the board of directors has the function of enhancing the ability of the science and technology society. The stronger the administrative intensity of the work unit of the Secretary-General, the weaker the core competence and extension ability of the Institute of Science and Technology; the higher the position of the Secretary-General, the weaker the core competence, the ability to extend and the comprehensive ability of the Institute of Science and Technology. It is concluded that, on the one hand, the government's support to the Institute of Science and Technology should be more reflected in the supply of resources such as funds and office conditions; on the other hand, the full-time work of the chairman and the secretary general is an effective way to enhance the ability of the Institute of Science and Technology.
