【摘要】：正"同心山成玉,協(xié)力土變金"。善于理順部屬的情緒、和暢合力干事的心氣,既是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的職責(zé)所系,也是單位發(fā)展進(jìn)步所需。一個(gè)單位,總有人會(huì)因主觀或客觀原因而心氣不順,如果帶著情緒"上崗",就會(huì)干得憋悶、看著別扭,不但影響工作質(zhì)量和效率,也無(wú)益于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和部屬和諧相處;尤其是情緒具有傳染性,一旦個(gè)體情緒碰撞、疊加、匯集到一起,蔓延成群體性情緒,勢(shì)必極大地
