“微妙決策”與“虛踐”的領導藝術

【摘要】:正領導者在許多時候沒法摸清事物之間的微妙關系,卻不得不對其中的微妙問題做決策。在這種情況下做決策難免基于"猜想",這樣的決策就是"微妙決策"。由于我們并沒有把它作為一種相對獨立的決策類型來研究,所以,"微妙決策"對于我們來說乃是一種熟悉的"陌生",甚至把它等同于"經(jīng)驗決策"。這種理論上的缺陷,把有些領導者帶進了決策誤區(qū)。其實,"微妙決策"是指在信息、心態(tài)與環(huán)境等因素難以捉摸的情況下所做出的決策,它的特質是領導者的自我博弈,與之相適應的是"四階六問"的領導藝術。
[Abstract]:Positive leaders often can't figure out the subtle relationship between things, but they have to make decisions on the delicate issues.In this case, decisions are based on guesses, which are subtlety.Since we do not study it as a relatively independent decision type, "subtle decision" is a familiar "strange" to us, even equating it with "empirical decision".This theoretical flaw has led some leaders into erroneous decision-making.In fact, "subtle decision" refers to the decision made under the circumstances of information, mentality and environment, etc. Its characteristic is the self-game of the leader, and the leading art of "fourth order and sixth question" is corresponding to it.
