【摘要】：正面對不斷成熟發(fā)展的服務型領導理論、交易型領導理論、變革型領導理論、真誠領導理論、道德領導理論、第五級領導理論、賦權領導理論、精神領導理論、自我犧牲領導理論,學術界存在著很多的迷茫與彷徨,不知道究竟哪種理論能夠構建領導者的成功優(yōu)勢。有鑒于此,本文旨在通過對國外領導科學發(fā)展的前沿理論之一—服務型領導理論進行綜合分析,對未來服務型領導研究的趨勢做出分析。一、服務型領導的概念和結構服務型領導是指領導者以本身的道德和責任為基礎,尊重被領導者個體的尊嚴和價值,關注被領導者的發(fā)展,挖掘和培育被領導者的能力,充分激發(fā)被領導者
[Abstract]:Facing the continuous development of service-oriented leadership theory, transactional leadership theory, transformational leadership theory, sincere leadership theory, moral leadership theory, the fifth level of leadership theory, empowerment leadership theory, spiritual leadership theory.
