【摘要】：[目的/意義]日本于2015年完成了第十次技術(shù)預(yù)見報告。在日本第十次技術(shù)預(yù)見中,其技術(shù)預(yù)見方法和組織實施更為成熟,相比前九次技術(shù)預(yù)見有一些創(chuàng)新性改進(jìn),為政府科技政策和科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供了良好的支撐基礎(chǔ)。[方法/過程]在技術(shù)預(yù)見理論的指導(dǎo)下,分析日本第十次技術(shù)預(yù)見的方法、流程與結(jié)果。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過研究日本第十次技術(shù)預(yù)見在方法和實施上的創(chuàng)新與部署,能夠為世界其他國家開展技術(shù)預(yù)見調(diào)查和制定科技戰(zhàn)略提供有益啟示。
[Abstract]:Japan completed the tenth Technology Foresight report in 2015. In the tenth technological foresight of Japan, the technology foresight method and organization are more mature, and compared with the previous nine technological foresight, there are some innovative improvements, which provides a good support basis for the formulation of government science and technology policy and science and technology development strategy. Under the guidance of the theory of technology foresight, the method, process and results of the tenth technological foresight in Japan are analyzed. [results / conclusion] by studying the innovation and deployment of the tenth technological foresight in Japan, it can provide useful inspiration for other countries in the world to carry out survey of technology foresight and formulate science and technology strategy.
