【摘要】：英國于2014年首次啟用REF對全國高等教育研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行科研評價,REF在評價單元、評價指標(biāo)、評價方法等方面較RAE有實質(zhì)性變革,一定程度上代表了國際科研評價發(fā)展的新趨勢。分析了REF的特點(diǎn)和走向,以及中英科研評價體系的異同,提出了我國科研評價體系的模式選擇。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the United Kingdom first used ref to carry out scientific research evaluation of national higher education research institutions. The evaluation unit, evaluation index, evaluation method and so on are substantially changed compared with Rae, which to some extent represents the new trend of the development of international scientific research evaluation. This paper analyzes on the characteristics and trends of ref and the similarities and differences of scientific research evaluation system between China and Britain, and puts forward the mode selection of scientific research evaluation system in China.
