【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,專(zhuān)利是引領(lǐng)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和市場(chǎng)前進(jìn)的一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),提高企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵離不開(kāi)專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)建與實(shí)施。信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為重慶市打造西部技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高地的重要版圖,對(duì)于促進(jìn)全市產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,擴(kuò)大內(nèi)部開(kāi)放高地的建設(shè)具有重要意義。在面對(duì)前所未有的產(chǎn)業(yè)暴增局面和嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,重慶市信息技術(shù)企業(yè)能否有效地運(yùn)用專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略來(lái)保護(hù)和提升自己,必將成為企業(yè)發(fā)展成敗的關(guān)鍵。因此,企業(yè)必須要將專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略上升到第一戰(zhàn)略?xún)?chǔ)備的高度。 本文在對(duì)企業(yè)專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略管理理論梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,主要運(yùn)用多種定量與定性方法分析了影響重慶市信息技術(shù)企業(yè)專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素,并試探性提出了戰(zhàn)略制定的一般性步驟模式,從而為企業(yè)更有效地制定和實(shí)施專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略提供了方法上的支持和意識(shí)上的提升。重慶海扶(HIFU)作為重慶市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的佼佼者,近年來(lái)有了很大的發(fā)展,其核心技術(shù)——高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲治療處于居國(guó)際領(lǐng)先地位。因此,本文對(duì)海扶(HIFU)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況和專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行了一定的調(diào)查分析,并且圍繞海扶科技專(zhuān)利戰(zhàn)略的成功實(shí)例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, patent is a powerful engine to lead the economic growth and market progress. The connotation of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises can not be separated from the construction and implementation of the patent strategy. As an important map of Chongqing to build the technical standard highland of the west, the information industry will promote the adjustment and expansion of the industrial economic structure of the city. The construction of the internal open highland is of great significance. In the face of the unprecedented boom in industry and the severe market competition, it will be the key for Chongqing information technology enterprises to effectively use the patent strategy to protect and promote themselves. Therefore, the enterprise must raise the patent strategy to the first. The height of the strategic reserve.
On the basis of combing the theory of enterprise patent strategy management, this paper mainly uses a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the internal and external environmental factors that affect the patent strategy of Chongqing information technology enterprises, and tentatively put forward the general step pattern of strategic formulation, so as to provide the enterprises with more effective formulation and implementation of the patent strategy. As a leader in the development of information industry in Chongqing, Chongqing Haifu (HIFU) has developed very much in recent years, and its core technology, high intensity focused ultrasound therapy is in the leading position in the world. Therefore, this paper has carried out a study on the operation status of HIFU and the implementation of patent strategy. Based on the investigation and analysis, the successful cases of HIFU patent strategy are analyzed.
