【摘要】：在原始社會(huì)，科技與人文是渾然不分，一體不二的，其產(chǎn)生和存在的終極目的就是為人類服務(wù)。但隨著人類廣泛深入的使用科技，人們對科技產(chǎn)生了極度的依賴，科技開始作用于社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面，科技影響著人類的文化、思想、意識(shí)形態(tài)、社會(huì)組織等方面，導(dǎo)致工具理性甚囂塵上。人們的思想和行為被工具理性全面的主導(dǎo)和覆蓋，人們失去了選擇的自由，行為必須屈從于無孔不入的工具理性，片面追求利益的最大化。科技中的人文向度逐漸被吞噬，科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)生了全面的本質(zhì)的異化。具體表現(xiàn)在人類對自然界的剝削和濫用，在社會(huì)領(lǐng)域則主要表現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)、文化、教育及社會(huì)管理等領(lǐng)域�？萍籍惢瘧�(yīng)該是發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國家的產(chǎn)物，但是由于工具理性思維的滲透和全球化浪潮等內(nèi)外因的共同作用，科技異化逐漸向社會(huì)主義國家、向欠發(fā)達(dá)國家蔓延和擴(kuò)展，呈現(xiàn)出了一種普遍化的傾向�？萍籍惢诙虝r(shí)期內(nèi)可能有利于我國提高科技水平，發(fā)展社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力，，但科技異化承載的發(fā)展方式是短視的、不可持續(xù)的，這種發(fā)展方式是以資源的破壞和環(huán)境的污染為代價(jià)的，如果任其發(fā)展不加制止，必將帶來毀滅性的威脅。社會(huì)科技發(fā)展的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們，必須從一開始就要注重和強(qiáng)調(diào)科技的人文向度，引導(dǎo)工具理性和價(jià)值理性的融合發(fā)展，促進(jìn)科技為構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In the primitive society, science and technology and humanities are inseparable, and their ultimate purpose is to serve human beings. However, with the extensive and in-depth use of science and technology, people have become extremely dependent on science and technology. Science and technology have begun to affect all aspects of social life. Science and technology affect human culture, ideology, ideology, social organization, and so on. It leads to a great clamour of instrumental rationality. People's thoughts and behaviors are dominated and covered by instrumental rationality, and people lose the freedom of choice, and act must submit to the all-pervasive instrumental rationality and unilaterally pursue the maximization of interests. The humanistic dimension of science and technology is gradually swallowed up, science and technology has a comprehensive nature of alienation. It is embodied in the exploitation and abuse of nature by human beings, and in the fields of production, consumption, culture, education and social management in the field of society. The alienation of science and technology should be the product of the developed capitalist countries. However, due to the combination of internal and external factors such as the penetration of instrumental rational thinking and the wave of globalization, the alienation of science and technology is gradually spreading and expanding to the socialist countries and to the less developed countries. There is a tendency to generalize. In a short period of time, the alienation of science and technology may help our country to raise the level of science and technology and develop the productive forces of society, but the mode of development carried by the alienation of science and technology is short-sighted and unsustainable. This mode of development is at the cost of the destruction of resources and pollution of the environment. If it is left unchecked, it will bring about a devastating threat. The historical experience of the development of social science and technology tells us that we must pay attention to and emphasize the humanistic dimension of science and technology from the beginning, guide the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality, and promote science and technology to serve the construction of a harmonious society.
