【摘要】：在分析影響科技資源服務(wù)效果相關(guān)因素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出分層的多指標(biāo)服務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,探討該評(píng)價(jià)體系的適用性。以國(guó)家農(nóng)作物種質(zhì)資源平臺(tái)為例,運(yùn)用歸一化方法對(duì)平臺(tái)"十二五"期間的服務(wù)效果統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,總結(jié)服務(wù)效果,指出存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)未來(lái)平臺(tái)服務(wù)提出建議,為平臺(tái)管理部門(mén)決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the factors related to the service effect of scientific and technological resources, a hierarchical multi-index service performance evaluation system is proposed, and the applicability of the evaluation system is discussed. Taking the national crop germplasm resource platform as an example, this paper uses the normalization method to analyze the service effect of the platform during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, summarizes the service effect, points out the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for the future platform service. Provides the basis for the platform management department decision.
