【摘要】：[目的 /意義]研究國際科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享領(lǐng)域的新進展,以把握科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享所帶來的機遇,為我國大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略下更好地開展科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享工作提供借鑒。[方法 /過程]跟蹤2013年至今世界重要的政府機構(gòu)、科學(xué)研究及資助機構(gòu)、圖書館、出版機構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫商等在科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享領(lǐng)域的重要戰(zhàn)略決策、報告、項目和最新動態(tài)消息,對國際不同領(lǐng)域科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享的實踐動向和特點進行歸納和總結(jié)。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享已經(jīng)引起國際上多個領(lǐng)域的廣泛關(guān)注,其實踐進展呈現(xiàn)鮮明特點:跨界合作顯著,大力資助和支持,將其提升到戰(zhàn)略高度;針對科研人員對其認(rèn)可度不高的問題,多個領(lǐng)域已做出巨大努力。我國可借鑒國際科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享的良好經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to study new developments in the field of international scientific data sharing in order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by scientific data sharing, To provide reference for better scientific data sharing under big data's strategy. [methods / processes] tracking the world's important government agencies, scientific research and funding institutions, libraries, publishing institutions since 2013, Important strategic decisions, reports, projects and latest developments in the field of scientific data sharing, such as database providers, The practical trends and characteristics of scientific data sharing in different fields of the world are summarized and summarized. [results / conclusions] Scientific data sharing has attracted wide attention in many fields of the world. The progress in practice is characterized by remarkable cross-border cooperation, strong funding and support to elevate it to a strategic level, and a lack of recognition by researchers. Great efforts have been made in many fields. China can learn from the good experience of international scientific data sharing.
