藏文客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:以設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)面向漢語(yǔ)及藏語(yǔ)用戶的客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo),依據(jù)先進(jìn)的客戶關(guān)系管理理念和軟件工程思想,從需求分析入手,完成系統(tǒng)功能及設(shè)計(jì)工作,以三層B/S架構(gòu)作為系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu).系統(tǒng)編碼使用Unicode文字編碼,以便于藏文及多語(yǔ)言文字的同屏顯示及處理.在完成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的物理模型和邏輯模型設(shè)計(jì)工作后,系統(tǒng)前端程序開發(fā)在Eclipse環(huán)境中使用Java語(yǔ)言完成,后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立和維護(hù)使用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù).最后,完成了系統(tǒng)的功能及性能測(cè)試工作.
[Abstract]:In order to design and realize the customer relationship management system for Chinese and Tibetan users, according to the advanced concept of customer relationship management and software engineering thought, the system function and design work are completed from the requirement analysis. Three-tier B / S architecture is taken as the overall architecture of the system. The system code uses Unicode character coding to facilitate the display and processing of Tibetan and multilingual characters on the same screen. After the design of physical model and logical model of database is completed, the front-end program of the system is developed using Java language in Eclipse environment, and the MySQL database is used for the establishment and maintenance of backstage database. Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested.
