基于Memcached的中國移動(dòng)CRM系統(tǒng)性能分析及優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of software industry, the demand for software has gradually shifted from the original functional support to the performance. That is, the pursuit of not only the "have", but also the pursuit of "good" and "fast." Similarly, with the rapid development of China Mobile's business, the mobile business support system must provide sufficient support in terms of performance. In the face of the rapid growth in the number of users and business of China Mobile, the current CRM (CustomerRelationship Management, customer relationship Management (CRM) system has gradually exposed the problems caused by the performance. Especially at the beginning and end of the month, the system access increased sharply, resulting in a sharp decline in system performance. Therefore, the performance analysis and optimization of mobile CRM system will be of great significance to improve the operation support capacity of mobile. This paper first introduces several common cache technologies at home and abroad, and gives the corresponding advantages and disadvantages. Then for the Memcached to do a related introduction, for the later transformation laid the foundation. Then it analyzes the current performance of mobile CRM, points out the bottleneck that seriously affects the performance, and describes in detail how to use Memcached to solve the bottleneck to improve the performance of the support system. It mainly includes the design of Memcached cache structure, the encapsulation of data loading strategy, API (Application Programming Interface, application programming interface, the support of big data object transformation, and the concrete transformation of mobile CRM system. Finally, the effectiveness of Memcached in improving the performance of mobile CRM is demonstrated by comparing the performance of the system before and after modification. Finally, it is concluded that Memcached is of great practical and scientific significance in solving the performance problems of similar large-scale systems.
