【摘要】：本文以企業(yè)資源理論(RBV)和社會(huì)關(guān)系理論為指導(dǎo),探討了BPO服務(wù)商的兩種關(guān)鍵能力:流程管理能力與關(guān)系管理能力,認(rèn)為它們是BPO服務(wù)商的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)來源,并據(jù)此提出BPO服務(wù)企業(yè)中流程業(yè)務(wù)人員、流程管理人員和關(guān)系管理人員是企業(yè)急需的人力資源瓶頸。因此,需要配置高素質(zhì)人才管理流程和維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,這是BPO企業(yè)人才需求的個(gè)性特征。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of enterprise resource theory (RBV) and social relationship theory, this paper discusses two key competencies of BPO service provider: process management ability and relationship management ability, which are the source of competitive advantage of BPO service provider. Based on this, it is pointed out that BPO service enterprises are the bottleneck of human resources in enterprises, such as process managers, process managers and relationship managers. Therefore, it is necessary to configure high quality talent management process and maintain customer relationship, which is the personality characteristic of BPO enterprise talent demand.
