【摘要】：客戶關系的"合作"博弈策略及影響機理是客戶關系保持研究的重要內容。本文從西藏區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的實際出發(fā),在經(jīng)濟環(huán)境特殊性理論分析的基礎上,引入信譽收益重新構建關系雙方的動態(tài)博弈信譽收益模型,結合市場行為主體的競爭模式及資源配置情況,著重研究西藏市場經(jīng)濟環(huán)境資源配置失衡的情況下,討論信譽在關系生命期各階段對于博弈均衡解的影響及行動決策和干預機制的作用,揭示客戶關系保持或發(fā)展過程特性,動態(tài)預測可能的關系行為,從而為雙方關系保持、補救、調整等響應決策的制定提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The cooperative game strategy and influence mechanism of customer relationship are the important contents of customer relationship maintenance research. Starting from the reality of Tibet's regional economy and on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the particularity of the economic environment, this paper introduces the reputation income to reconstruct the dynamic game reputation income model of both sides. According to the competition model of market actors and the situation of resource allocation, this paper focuses on the unbalanced allocation of environment and resources in Tibet's market economy. This paper discusses the influence of reputation on the equilibrium solution of game in each stage of the relationship life cycle and the function of action decision and intervention mechanism, reveals the characteristics of customer relationship maintenance or development process, dynamically predicts the possible relationship behavior, and thus maintains the relationship between the two parties. Remedial, adjustment and other response decision making provides a theoretical basis.
