【摘要】:中國營銷智慧1983年,有兩件事情值得關注,一邊是《英語周報》在山西臨汾誕生,另一邊,在大洋彼岸"客戶關系管理"思想發(fā)軔。看似無關的事兒實際上相映成趣,因為按照《英語周報》多年來的經(jīng)營手段來看,好像早就完全參透了客戶關系管理的系統(tǒng)理論,而事實上,這很可能只是一種不謀而合。時至今日,國外概念的神秘感逐漸散去,從以前的吸納學習,到如今的中國化實踐和反思,30年來,國人對西方營銷理論的接收和創(chuàng)新一直沒有停止,從《英語周報》的例子看,其實,我們早就應該發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的智慧了,在越來越流行的各種"中國元素"當中,"中國營銷智慧"的分量會越來越重。(上一講:意大利小鎮(zhèn)和中國住宅小區(qū))
[Abstract]:In 1983, there were two things worth paying attention to. One was the birth of English Weekly in Linfen, Shanxi Province, the other was the origin of "customer relationship management" on the other side of the ocean. What seems irrelevant is actually interesting because, in the way the Weekly has operated for many years, it seems that the system theory of CRM has long been fully understood, and in fact, it is probably just a coincidence. Up to now, the mystery of foreign concepts has gradually dissipated. From the previous absorption of learning to the present Chinese practice and reflection, over the past 30 years, Chinese people have not stopped accepting and innovating western marketing theories, as seen from the example of the English Weekly. In fact, we should have found their wisdom, in the increasingly popular "Chinese elements", "China marketing wisdom" will become more and more important.
